My husband and I HIGHLY recommend our realtor Frances Frost, Rev Realty of…read more inroote Amarillo Texas. We decided to sell everything and move to South Texas to start a dream of full time RV life. We contacted Frances about selling our home and she got right on having a photo session and getting us all signed up to start the process. What was super awesome was the fact that we had a contract on our home in 17 DAYS...in a Down Market!! She also referred us to an estate auction where we could liquidate the majority of the things in our home. We had a large amount of items that we had inherited from our parents along with many items of our own to liquidate and downsize. We are so happy with the exceptional service we got during what was a very stressful process of selling of our family home. She was very thorough in explaining anything that we didn't understand and very prompt in getting all of the paperwork to us for signatures and getting it back to the proper places for filing before our closing deadline. We had a few hoops to jump through and we also had to replace our roof. She found us a great roofer that gave us a really good price on an excellent roof. She had several people come and give bids until she found one that she thought was good quality and a fair price as we were having to pay it out of pocket. We were super appreciative of that! Downsizing, liquidating and selling your home is a very difficult process and Frances' sweet personality and wonderful professionalism makes it so much easier to deal with. Call her if you are considering selling your home or if you're looking to buy. You will be very happy that you did! 806-626-2298

Did you know that having a custom made rug can be cheaper than caving and buying an ordinary rug…read morefrom practically any store? Neither did I, until now. After endless searching for an affordable, yet stylish rug I decided to walk into Stubblefield's to check out their remanent carpet and ask about having it bound for a custom rug. Best decision ever! Way better selection than all the various beige carpets across the street. Debbra is knowledgeable, doesn't cheat or try to cut corners, she offers the total cost upfront -- no surprise fees! I wanted a rug for the living room (11x13') and dinning (7x9') that complemented each other without being too matching. Also, different piles, something high for the living and low for the dinning hairs to slide across. Debbra offered the perfect pairing to an lovely, thick carpet I had picked out. Something I probably wouldn't have chosen myself. When I asked her about maybe needing carpet padding to help pad the rugs, she suggested waiting to see if I felt I needed it after trying it out at home. A business that doesn't try to sell you more than you need, what a concept! We spent less than $600 on two large rugs, I could not be happier. Do yourself a favor and come talk to Debbra! She is easy going, but gets the job done fast. We had our custom rugs under our furniture within a week! After about a month, the carpets still look new. Thanks Stubblefield's!
