This store has a huge selection of vapes and much more cool glassware, the prices are good too and the new staff members is a big upgrade from the previous workers. The girl with the tattoo on her neck is very respectful and the store feels more comfortable to walk into unlike the other girls who looked under the influence and bad vibes every time I've came in. Keep it up read more

I've been going to the El Monte location and love it. Their customer service is friendly and patient if you have many questions. They would recommend me to test the pods out there just in case they don't work and they don't accept refunds once out of the store. I was getting my nails done in this plaza and saw jungle vape so immediately walked in, and regretted it. The female employee didn't greet or acknowledge me, when I had questions she acted like I was so inconvenient so I totally forgot to ask to test the pods and now one of them do not work and they don't accept refunds. The selections are very minimal compared to El Monte so I don't know if this is a franchise or chain. Fire that girl unless y'all want to shut down soon. read more

Why would you upcharge me $0.72 because you're out of change? That's exactly what your Friday (10/17/25) crew -- the male and female crew behind the counter -- pulled. And yes, I told them straight: here's the $6. If you're going to hound a regular customer for $0.17, I'll go get it myself from my car this is a recession I'm not giving out free money to anyone -- while you inconvenience me for your failure to keep change. No way. Either your shop's planning to accept Bitcoin, your customer service has completely tanked, or your employees are straight-up skimming. (Maybe it's all three. I work in customer service; when I delivered an order that was $0.13 over the flat rate because of taxes, I didn't demand extra -- I absorbed it because I want to keep my customers... that's called good service. Which your establishment sorely lacks.) Get this fixed. I can buy Newport butane anywhere -- and cheaper. The only reason I came back was because of one good experience. That got sold off by your staff and your pricing a mini can of Pringles from the USA for $2.99 (FYI dollar tree has the medium sized cans of Pringles for $1.50- go wild, don't give this dude your money, you can get the same service WITH BETTER PRICES at dollar tree, FYI). While you're at it -- stop overcharging for Japanese-American snacks you clearly just bought bulk from Little Tokyo and are upselling on El Monte. Nobody wants to pay double for overpriced stuff and it's probably stale. Exploiting your own community with inflated pricing is obscene. Get your shit together. I will not return. Also, FYI: those "Labubus" you're hawking for $11? Deep fakes. Don't buy them for your kids -- or anyone. You're selling vapes here. That's it. And one more thing: maybe tell your staff to stop having their friends do whippets right outside the shop -- in front of customers (including children). Around 8 o'clock, one of these folks yelled about being a clown, inhaled something from a ballon he filled, and then started talking to a kid while high. That's beyond unprofessional and it doesn't take a genius to know what's going on. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this smoke shop due to the customer service. The employee working at the time, Linda, was extremely unhelpful and came across as rude and dismissive. When I asked simple questions about products, I felt rushed and talked down to instead of being assisted. read more

I bought a vape from here and it broke two days later. I went in to get a replacement and all the staff were super rude, wouldn't give me a replacement or the manager/owner's contact information, despite it being within the four day window. Will not be shopping here again. Extremely disappointed. The day staff were super unprofessional. read more

Best customer service ever! Went in for a female banger for an old hitman rig. I couldn't find a female piece at any other smoke shop and they were able to hook me up with with a Bear Quarts at a killer price . They had a great selection of exotic snacks and drinks and all the different smoking utensils you could ask for definitely would recommend coming here, especially if you're not sure what you're looking for. read more

recently visited Jungle Smoke Shop and was quite disappointed the atmosphere felt disorganized and uninviting I encountered an employee named Linda who seemed uninterested in helping customers when I asked a simple question about a product, she was curt and dismissive, making me feel like I was bothering her..... the selection was not as impressive as I had hoped, and prices were higher than other shops I've visited. Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon THANKS LINDA !!! read more

Spent 50$ on goods and when I get home a 10$ torch doesn't work; I go back 1 hour later. New girl says store policy is no refunds. Just lost a good paying customer. read more

Service was fast & good, nice customer service & the selection is great! Reasonably priced stuff, would recommend

The service in this place has gotten worse and worse, but I decided to give them one last shot. I came in to buy a banger that was glass. This man did not package or even bag the glass and outside of the door I crashed into my friend and dropped the banger so it shattered on the businesses doormat. He had full video from the surveillance camera showing what had happened, but still refused to exchange the bank for one that wasn't broken. He threatened to call the cops. He said I was trespassing all along, knowing that they sell illegal unlicensed marijuana products. I wish he would've just helped me and been compassionate rather than calling the cops. I hope that they get in trouble for selling illegal marijuana to minors instead of calling the cops on their paying customers. read more

Jungle Smoke Shop - This guy is disrespectful to women and should not be running any business. - Vape Shops Near Me - Montebello, California

I've been going to the Jungle Smoke & Vape in El Monte since they opened the shops are always clean and they used to carry the best quality. I'm not sure if they changed owners or maybe franchise in different cities but this specific location is horrible. The store is cleanish but the customer service is terrible. And the selection is minimal at best. Half the store is just a convince store at this point. The guy with the hoodie is so lazy and rude. Idk his name but definitely loose good money bc of it. Can't even be bothered to show you the goods, why would I spend good money bc they're on the pricy side for a new set up to a guy who can't even be bothered, throwing random numbers at you. Like how do you even know what I'm asking about if you can't see it from the other side of the store? Nah I left with my cash in hand. read more

This shop has everything!! From bongs to blunts. Best service and Michelles the best! 10/10

ABSOLUTELY HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. I shop here frequently about every 2/3 months and spend on average 200/300 dollars. I finally decided it was time to buy myself a mod instead of dispos and the girl who worked the counter knew NOTHING about the products she was selling even stating "I don't smoke". I wasn't informed that my mod needed an external battery and didn't just need to be charged. I won't go back ever. And neither will any of my friends. read more

had the best mushrooms there is always have the best tobacco leaves for sure and local.

Long time customer here, pick up about every two weeks. The shop will not help you with defective products, even a simple can of butane sputtering that is completely full, will not be refunded with receipt within an hour of purchase. read more

See all

I find very odd and quite suspicious how the review from Jack O. was so contrary towards one employee. This shop doesn't even carry Heddy glass. Also that employee never uses his name he always goes by Don. I'm quite sure Jacks two dollar a week paper purchase won't be quite a loss if he never comes back. But what's even more distasteful is Jack is responsible for selling the previous management the weed that they would sell and smoke in the shop. And for Jack to make the assumption that this employee doesn't smoke was made because Don was more professional and knew better than to smoke during business hours. If the owner is wise he should have been happy with somebody that would try to upsell and was literate in all types of glass even the ones they don't carry. Not only was Don the only one who welcomed you but he took the time to shake your hand and could fix a Vape or suggest a flavor or brand and knew which type of CBD was best for your needs. The girl that manages in the morning is polite but has zero product knowledge and cannot make any suggestions. The guy in the evening is either high or has zero personality and zero knowledge of the products they carry and is only interested in his friends who come to chill and smoke with him behind the counter. I was sad to hear Dons no longer with them and I hope it wasn't due to the malicious storytelling Jack told. Myself and about 8 to 10 other people that would shop there regularly 2 to 3 times a week have now taken our business elsewhere to avoid all the weed smoke. read more

Been collecting American Heady glass for a long time and have been coming here for my papers since they opened, I recently noticed they had a new hire on and when I went in there we had a little chat I believe his name was Julio, I felt very disrespected about the way he was talking about my glass collection, he was a know it all who would talk down on customers even tho he doesn't smoke himself. Would not come back here from this past experience with the new hire on. Also I noticed when I pulled up he was outside smoking with a family member, any thing I wanted to buy he would try to upsell. This was my go to spot but not any more unfortunately!! read more

Girl was nice but all their brand products like Stiiizy are fake! As soon as they tell you the price, it's a red flag because it's so cheap! lol I still gave them a chance and bought a 40's Stiiizy 2G blunt for $15! Unfortunately, I didn't open it until after I had left, the seal is obviously glued back on. The blunt is not filled up all the way like they always are and the weed it's and wax inside blunt is dark AF and taste like shit! Smells good before you spark it but it is filled with low quality weed and oil. All their Stiiizy items have been scanned already, my product was scanned four times previously, they are using old real packaging with fake product. You can tell they polka dot glued the seal back shut and put some kind of scratch off paint over the QR barcode. Maybe their tobacco products are good but big brand THC products and batteries they have are used or fake! You get what you pay for. read more
