I found her online when I was pregnant, and with our twins being born two months early, their "newborn photos" were taken when they were just over two months old. Kat was extremely accommodating from the get go, not caring about the date being pushed out and only focused on the twins recovery in the NICU. The session went beyond any expectations we had and we dubbed her "the baby whisperer". Ever since then, I couldn't imagine going to anyone else for photos. Kat has now photographed the twins for their newborn session, one year family pics, two year family pics, and various mini sessions, for Mother's Day and two Christmases. She is so relaxed while she works that it's impossible to not immediately be relaxed once in her presence (which is huge for someone like me, who gets nervous before any family pics). My children gravitate to her and open up to her in a way that I rarely see with other people! You get what you pay for, and Kat is worth every penny. The quality of her work, the way she interacts with my children, and the amazing photographs we will cherish forever make each session worth it. Her turn around time is always accurate, but usually ahead of schedule, and she will provide sneak peeks. Having lost my mom the year before my children were born, I now know just how important photographs are. I'm thrilled we found the perfect photographer on the first try, and I hope she never retires, because I want her taking their senior pics and beyond! She is incredible and a master of her craft.
