They fixed the prong, cleaned and inspected both rings and he was out of there with the rings in his pocket in under 30 minutes! Call me suspicious but I'm just not comfortable taking my rings to a big-box retailer and having them shipped who-knows where to get a simple repair. Three weeks for a bent prong? No thanks! I'll just stick with someone local who can get it done here. I also have some really old jewelry that need very specific repairs and I'm not anxious to trust them getting shipped off and lost. Sure, there's always insurance but it won't replace your grandmother's ring when the big retailer can't find it.

About a day later I noticed there was an issue with the second hand of my watch. Im not sure if it was related to the work that they had done but when I went in there wasn't even a question, they offered to take care of it and have it shipped to me right away. I was thankful and pleased that they didn't make a scene or hesitate for a moment regarding getting it fixed. About a week later, I had my watch back in perfect shape. They had cleaned an polished it for me too. Free of charge. A fantastic way to make a customer for life. I will be back as I am in the area frequently. Most importantly: While I was waiting the first day, I spied a ring that someone special to me was eyeing. The next day I went back, it was gone!!!! If you see it buy it here, they are that good...

I would never go back to do business at this place if it weren't for the young man "Tito Olivencia"…read morethe other gentleman and I'm being nice calling him so walked away after checking my battery which I bought there. and saying it was bad. He asked for my phone number and when I gave it to him. He said he went back four years and didn't find me and walked away. After a few minutes of me looking for the receipt in my email. I asked if he could look up my name. His reply was "everyone thinks their name is unique " I then asked if he can try my email. His response was a waive of his hand saying "one of them can if they want. I guess referring to his coworkers. I never raised my voice or said anything that might offend him, but from the first moment I felt like he didn't want to be bothered. So I stood there trying to figure out what to do next because I paid 250 for the bad battery. Then a young man came into the store " Mr. Olivencia " and immediately asked if he could help me. I explained what happened and he asked for my phone number. He immediately found my purchase receipt. He then checked my battery again and agreed it was bad and spilling acid all over my car. He quickly changed my battery and apologized for the bad experience. That young man is worth a million bucks. His customer service is excellent and if I ever go to that business again and don't see him. I will walk out and not spend a penny. The gentleman who treated me badly was an older gentleman who surprised me because I'd expect him to be the professional and not the young man. Goes to show you, anyone can be great or lousy at their job. I hope Mr Olivencia succeeds in everything he does. The other gentleman should be retired and put to pasture. He obviously doesn't want to work. Just wants to get paid.
