So we had to level up too lol He was excited to ride a mechanical bull at Carlsbad farms during their corn festival. When we found JRK Bulls, our eyes lit up. They showed up on time with a great smile and brought the fun party vibes. Setup was quick and easy. They showed us how to operate the bull and in no time, the kids were loving it. My son asked to keep going and eventually the bull stopped bucking. We called Josh and they came back within a few minutes. Just needed to reconnect an obviously disconnected cable under the bull. Honestly it was right in my face, I should've seen it but regardless they came back and didn't make me feel like a jerk haha thanks guys. We have Irish twins so another coming up in a few weeks. Their customer service is horrible i suspect we are talking…read moreto owner everytime we call in...all went well until time for pickup, was promised multiple times it would get picked up same day because it was not a residence.. it was a baseball field, we were team Moms throwing an end of season party for our boys..party was over at 4:30pm pic up time kept getting changed to 7 then 9:30pm by them..and i was willing to wait in an empty parking lot for hours however they ended up telling me they couldn't pickup afterall that they eoulf pick up next day in the morning, we'll i had to jump through hoops to arrange that with the league..and make sure nothing happened to waterslide.. because it was a park!...and they knew that i called at 7am to confirm that they were on their way to pick up that morning. only to be told that the pick up window would stretch all the way till 4pm.!?..i had been extremely patient and understanding the entire time, 1 work in customer service...when 1 tell you 1 told him 1 had to be at work at 1pm ..he lost it and went on a Narcissistic rant and cussing at me..i was in a state of shock! Started mocking me and making fun of me and callingeveryone at the leauge "idiots".. sat their in silence..have never felt more discussed having a conversation with anyone..he then demanded to know what time 1 would be off of work..and threatened that if they had to accommodate for MY schedule that they would charge me an extra day:.. that's when I said no absolutely not!..im the one accommodating for your lack of organization and huge drop off and pickup window..and i was no longer responsible for what would happen to their waterslide...at that point felt like rolling it myself and dropping it off at their facility which mind you is 30 mins from park. But because it was a Quadruplet water slide i was physically unable to.it ended up getting picked up around 8pm, I over heard the driver say he hadn't slept at all..sympathized with the drivers..their being worn thin with multiple drop offs and a dispatch/ owner who over promises unrealistic pick up times. I've ordered multiple times from this company for almost 10 years but after this never again.. if could rate 0 1 would..
