Wife was looking a jumper service for our kids 8th birthday. Found Jump with Chris and the great reviews. Checked out the site and there were LOTS of options :) we ended booking them for several parties and each experience has been smooth and chill. Service: they setup early which gives the kids extra time to jump. They are very mindful and bring tarps to help the kids have a place to take their shoes off. The guys show up with business shirts and try to make a good impression. Appreciate their efforts Price: reasonable and comparable with other places but their selection is cool with water slides, obstacles courses, dual slide and jumpers. Pretty cool stuff team!!

Chris was awesome to work with! Rain was looming in the forecast, and Chris had no problem switching out for a different bouncer and prepped it so it stayed nice and dry before our guests arrived. The ordering process was super simple and the guys showed up as promised and on time!!! Amazing is an understatement!!! Our setup time was for 2pm but the driver was running ahead of time and they called and inquired if they can drop it off at 11, and of course we said yes!! My son got to enjoy the jumper prior to his party start time and they were prompt at pickup at 8pm. Setup was super fast, the driver made sure to sanitize the jumper after setup, and he was just an all around nice guy. We got compliments all day on the quality of the jumper. We will definitely use Jump With Chris for ALL of our future parties and next time we're going to take advantage of all the other stuff they offer too! Chris is totally legit and runs his business with passion and integrity. I started out with him back in April for my mom's 70th birthday party to have a spot for the kids to hang out and give their parents some socializing time. It was awesome and he arrived on time and was very kind to me. This last weekend, we unfortunately had to host a funeral reception at the last minute, and I discovered one of the kids coming had their birthday party on the day of the funeral. I had to make last minute arrangements to get a bouncy house to try and make the solemn event a bit of fun for the little guy, and Chris once again came through and delivered with very little notice. The kiddo's we're happy, the birthday boy was overjoyed, and the widow was happy to make it a celebration of life instead of just mourning her dearly departed husband. This was our second time renting from 'Jump With Chris'. We rented from the company in the fall to celebrate our 5 year old twins birthday. It was such a great experience then that we decided to rent from them for an event on Easter. The company is so well run with undertones of a small business family feel that is highly professional. Communication is always prompt and helpful as well as the actual set up and take down. They make creating a special event with a bounce house/obstacle course feel easy. For our event on Easter we had to submit a certificate of insurance for the church and middle school. Jump With Chris attained that in less than 2 business days. We use Chris every season. This past June I think was our 5th time. Jumpers and slides: clean and amazingly maintained. Every inflatable just looks spotless. We've rented some of the same ones and they all just look new. Even at setup everything is wiped down and sanitized before it's "ok to play" Reservation: super easy online Setup/clean up: He gives a approximate time and has always been there. Setup is fast and like I said he cleans it again. Pickup was simple you leave it he comes when he tells you. He is always getting new slides and loves feedback on which ones to keep and possibly get rid of. Will keep using Chris for all our parties. So easy and super professional. read more

Hi, I’m Chris — owner of Jump With Chris Party Rentals. When I first started this business, I’ll be honest… I didn’t have everything figured out. I remember buying my first jumpers and thinking, “Wait… how am I even going to transport these?” Looking back, it’s funny—but it also reminds me how far we’ve come. This business wouldn’t be what it is today without the support of my family. Make sure you bring socks sense there are no shoes allowed near the bouncers. I would also call ahead for all parties you might be scheduling to get on the same page with them, they have a lot of people coming in asking for kids birthday parties throughout the week so that's a good heads up. I have read the reviews and they all sound great, but we lived a nightmare because of this company. Last Saturday, we had a Birthday party for my son. We ordered the Water Slide with a delivery time of 10:30 am, our party was to start at 12:30pm. We had ordered our tables and chairs from a local company (lucky us!) But the evening before the event, we realized that we needed a large Tent. We called Fun Size and they agreed to bring it out for $70.00. We agreed. On the day of the event, at 11:00, no show. We called numerous times with no results. Once Lorraine did answer the phone and she was rude and hung the phone up in my face. I was horrified. At 12:30, they still had not showed. I was in tears. My guest began to arrive and no Waterslide. And they were sitting in the hot sun. This about ruined my party! We called our local guy and he brought over a Bounce to save my party. Finally at 1:30 (3 hours late) Fun Size showed up with the Waterslide, and the Tent. Wanted to charge me $ 100.00 for the Tent, and I had to take both or no deal. They left! Hope you never have to live thru this, and try to explain to your nine year-old why the Waterslide never came. Don't be fooled by the cheap price. They won't accept a deposit because they will not guarantee their service. Spend more and get what you paid for.

Do you want me to screen shot the history of all our texts and upload them to this business page to show you that beginning on July 15th, at 7:31 pm, (the first day we had correspondence) I specifically texted you with my address and you didn't have a problem with the location and city? Between then and August 5th (the day of the party) I texted it to you a few more times just to confirm that you had the right one. Then on the day of the party, you told me multiple times that you were on your way. So explain to me, how does your response make any sense? If you didn't service my city, shouldn't you have told me that when I first contacted you? Next, in your response you wrote, "We did not have any agreement from you or our company." You're lying again considering you told me multiple times throughout our texting conversation that you were available on the date and the time, with the items we needed, and that you would come and deliver it then. Never once did you request that I fill out some sort of form or document, or make a deposit, to make it an official order / agreement. I was taking you on your word... But I guess I was wrong about trusting your word, wasn't I? Lastly, you responded with, "We don't think it's fair for you to write a review when you weren't even provided with service from us." Well, that's the problem, because I was told by you on multiple occasions, nearly a month before the party, that you would indeed provide me with service. So I have every right to leave a negative review when you offer to provide us with the items, and you flake on us a few hours before the party begins (even though you had told us you would be there 6 hours before)! Leaving me and my family scrambling and stressed to try to find another service last minute, when we had so many other things on our plate to take care of. You're not sorry that my family and I experienced this. You're just sorry that I left this review on your page for everyone to see. Lory, you told me to have a "blessed day". Which says to me you are a woman of faith, no? I too am a person of faith. And I also have faith to believe that you are not a bad person. But in all sincerity, you made a mistake that day. You did me and my family wrong when we were counting on you to help us at our child's party and you bailed on us last minute. And you continue to make mistakes when you lie and try to backpedal your way out of my genuine complaint towards you. I hope you can find the decency to acknowledge your fault, sincerely apologize, and learn from it. God bless you Lory.

Jump with Chris was a very cool service. Im glad i selected them to supply my baby shower this weekend. The whole experience was very easy & hassle free. I booked the event over the phone and my supply needs, Chris called me the week of to confirm the event date and needed supplies, He dropped off the items on time and setup the pop-up tents and bouncy house. Chris briefed me on how to operate things and the safety operations for the bouncy house. The party was a hit. Chris and company came the next day to pick up the equipment and he let me know they were done. It was very easy deal and i appreciate the business being available. I rented a bouncy house 8 tables, 50 chairs and 2 popup tents. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies and there were no crazy additional charges for gas & delivery. We have used Jumplerland Rentals for two years for our three children's different birthdays. Each time we have used the popcorn maker or the snow cone maker. Everything we have order has been very cleaned and no trouble at all. The last time we rented a water slide which we could no keep the children off. We will keep renting from Jumplerland. read more
