**DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE**…read more Extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Nereids. I paid $1,320 upfront for 12 private swimming lessons for my 3-year-old daughter. After our original instructor became unavailable, months followed of chasing Nereids and being offered replacement instructors who could not meet the availability and arrangements we had originally requested. After a lengthy dispute, Nereids finally approved an $880 refund for our 8 unused lessons. Despite taking my original $1,320 in one lump sum, they are now refusing to return my $880 in one payment and instead insist on refunding it in fortnightly instalments. What should have been a simple and enjoyable experience for my daughter became months of unnecessary stress and frustration. For a service that charges a premium price, I expected significantly better customer service and resolution. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Nereids.

I am a 70-year old woman who just wanted to learn how to swim. I contacted NAC to enquire about…read morelessons, and they assigned a swimming instructor, Diego, to come to the Retirement Village where I live, to coach me in our Village pool. From our first lesson, I was very impressed with Diego. He is professional, punctual, patient, and he explains and demonstrates techniques well. He challenges me to do better, which I like, but is never pushy. I had no idea just how much there is to learn about swimming, but with only 6 x half-hour lessons, I have already learned so much from Diego. With each technique learned, I have grown more and more confident in the water, and as my confidence grows, so does my belief in myself. I am also a very tense person, but swimming is teaching me to relax more. Apart from the convenience of being able to learn to swim in my own surroundings, I was impressed with the ease with which all arrangements were made online. The founder, Nikos, with whom I have also had contact, is very helpful and accommodating. All in all, my experience with NAC has been excellent and I am so happy to have found them! I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who seriously wants to learn how to swim.

This is a family owned business where they provide swimming lessons for kids. Its a good place to…read moreget the kids introduced to swimming . The owner has a heated pool at the back of the house and is very well maintained. They have really friendly instructors who are very patient with the kids. My son started taking swimming lessons there about a year ago and he really enjoyed it . Initially he was very scared to even go in the pool but with the persistence of the instructors he overcame that fear and is now trying to swim along with the other kids. They are also very reasonably priced - under 10$ for a lesson is genuine enough . Well recommended for beginners.

I really like this gym as it's opening hours are amazing for working mums or for regular busy mums…read more It's suitable for all ages of women wether they are older or younger. They offer and range of different classes and equipment to suit your skill level or to suit your availability. The gym area is not as big as the main commercial gyms such as fitness first or north shore gym but it's big enough to feel comfortable in. I also really like the fact that it an all female gym and training and working out in a unisex gym can feel uncomfortable for some women. They offer heaps of different classes such as spin, boxing, Pilates, body balance and so on. Overall I like this gym and would highly recommend for local women. One thing I would say is that is a bit dated and they could renovate some areas.
