Train table, magnetic tiles, alphabet puzzle, and mini play kitchen. Hula hoops, indoor frisbee course, PlayStation game room with 4 stations, indoor 'ring/horseshoes', and bungee type bounce structure. Staff is reasonable and caring. (Not too many rules here.) Jumpin' Jax is a great place to turn the kids loose and have some adult time to relax, read, etc. There are three large bounce houses for the kiddos, large comfy couches for adults (and complimentary coffee, wi-fi, and magazines), and two tables with chairs for snack time. They do parties also. I wish they charged by the hour, but once in a while as a special "treat" I'll take the kids there to burn some energy. A truly great option for this area! This place was great! It cost us $6 for our son to jump & play for two hours. It was quiet on a Thursday afternoon, but we enjoyed that aspect. There are 4 bounce houses & the employee told us we were welcome to go in & play with our child. In addition to the bounce houses there were bouncy balls, a basketball game, a play-kitchen & some trinket toys for kids who like to build. The employee was helpful & this place was well worth the price & more. I wish we had something like this local to our home. read more

It's sad to say that our town needs a place like this, but management is very poor at this establishment. The bounce houses are very dirty and worn, many have holes in them. The staff was very rude to myself the other parents at the party and many of the children. The parents that attended our party and myself will not be returning to this establishment. I will never again suggest this establishment as a option for a party. Hopefully management will learn customer service skills, and properly take care of their bounce houses. Until then will be searching for other alternatives for our children's parties. read more

We went to Jump N Jacks while we were visiting from out of town, unfortunately due to a family member in the hospital. We wanted something fun to do to celebrate my daughter's second birthday and Jump N Jacks was awesome. My daughter and my niece (3) absolutely had a blast, in fact even the adults and myself had a lot of fun. It's clean, has a lot of different activities to keep the kids busy and entertained and the owner was very friendly and nice. If we lived in the area we definitely would return. We just moved here and really glad we found something fun for our daughter. Only thing I would change is have a special area for toddlers.. Lots of big kids being rambunctious so you gotta be careful your little ones don't trampled on. read more

Sorry to say that we have such negative folks as Theresa in our community. The bounce house as we like to call it is a wonderful place to take our children to play. It's a fact of life that things get old but they do a great job of maintaining the environment and are always cleaning and making it a healthy place for our children. Attended a 2-yr old Birthday Party at Jump N Jax in Klamath Falls this past weekend. It was awesome! Love the old retro building and casual, homey feel. Nice party room, easily held group of 12+ kids and about 20 adults. A plus is that you are able to bring in your own food, drinks, etc. Our hosts provided a pizza lunch, drinks and B-day cake when we arrived, then turned the kids loose on the bounce houses; 1 big bounce house, 1 bouncer with small slide, 1 bouncer with big slide, and one open-top, round house with mesh all the way around and a dozen or so balls of various sizes from small to very large inside- the 1 and 2 year olds loved this one. Big kids and adults also loved it - and adults were able to bounce too! Also had a toy train table, a building block table and a mini basketball hoop table/game. Most importantly, it was clean and fresh and didn't smell like a locker room even with a bunch of sweaty little grub monkeys and several sweaty dads running around. There is also a snack bar, wi-fi, comfy couches and the background music was suitable and not too loud. What a great concept and super fun for a party, having the whole place just for your group. Wish we had one in Grants Pass for my kids next party...! read more
