They were beautifully made and I was exceptionally happy. They served as a great prop for my daughter and her friends to take pictures. Top Notch answered all my questions very promptly through email, no long wait times which I appreciated. They were prompt with our delivery time. The biggest surprise I had was the fact that the party was on Saturday and come Monday morning the balloon columns were still alive and well ready for another party. I was easily able to submit my inquiry/request on their website and they responded to me within 24 hours! I had a few changes to make to my order and they were very accommodating. The employees that came out to the venues to set up the balloons wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. Both parties, I received so many compliments.
