Rick was professional, thorough & personable. After his inspection, he walked us through the entire property, explaining how things worked & any issues. A detailed, easy to understand report followed the next day. He encouraged any follow-up questions or clarifications from us. We are very appreciative & well-informed. Money well spent. Thanks Rick! read more
