But after several missteps, we knew the realtor who showed us the property wasn't the one. So we started calling and emailing realtors. Stacey responded and we knew immediately she was the one to help us buy this house. Stacey is everything you want in a realtor: she's communicative (with everyone involved, not only you), knowledgeable about the area, and gives great advice when asked. Stacey is a problem solver and boy oh boy, did she solve some problems for us. When our mortgage broker disappeared into the ether, Stacey took charge. When she couldn't act, Stacey helped us understand the problems and pointed us in the right direction. She kept everyone calm who needed to be calm and lit a fire under everyone else. At the end of the day, Stacey saved the deal. She communicated with the seller's agent and helped us keep the deal alive. She patiently worked through all of the issues we had to deal with and negotiated like a champion when we needed her to. Stacey Mattina is a truly excellent realtor and represented us to her fullest abilities and our immeasurable satisfaction. Hire Stacey.

The house had many problems and with her assistance we were able to get through so many issues (too numerous to mention here)! I know we wouldn't have been able to sell the house without her. Iris consistently communicated with us, returned all calls and messages promptly and diligently worked with us to get to the house closed. She has vast depth of knowledge and experience of the area. She does her research and comes prepared, so she has handy information on homes while showing them. She quickly gained a sense of what we were looking for and tailored our search, giving us useful local and overall information and guidance along the way. We know we were not her only work/clients/events in life but she made it seem that way. When we found the home we wanted, Shelly put her head down to the task of closing while being our advocate and didn't stop until we closed in what seemed like record time. She is connected to the area and community and helped us get connected, too! She went above and beyond helping coordinate local services for additional estimates on work we needed or wanted for the home, in addition to the typical inspections. In fact she is still helping us find quality help as we prepare the house to move in. There's no doubt Shelly is simply exceptional at her job (and goes beyond her job!). She is also super friendly and approachable :). We can't imagine trusting anyone else if we or anyone we know need someone in her profession in the greater area again. We highly, highly recommended her!
