Mr. Richard Freed has been a huge blessing to our family during a high conflict move away/child…read morecustody case. His staff is lovely and very transparent in all communications. He is highly experienced, knowledgeable, honest and very supportive. His work is truly impressive and very much worth the price. Do yourself a favor and go with him first. During a time that feels overwhelming and stressful, Mr. Freed gave me the gift of peace and confidence to advocate for my daughter.

I have been in a high conflict divorce for almost 4 years now. Mr. Freed has been my sole attorney…read morethe entire time. He is very meticulous. The exhibits for my final trial alone were over 2000 pages long. This guy leaves out no detail, which is very important, because throughout the entire case he was able to counter and subdue opposing counsel with these details. This case felt like the story of the tortoise and the hare. Mr. Freed is totally the tortoise, do not be dismayed by his tactics, do not think that he is slow. He is closing in on the enemy, he is setting the traps. He is brilliant, let him do his job. Case in point: I wanted a restraining order against my ex-husband. I got the temporary restraining order and then we went to trial. Mr. Freed tried to settle with opposing counsel before the trial by offering a 1 year restraining order. Opposing counsel laughed in his face and said his client's TRO would be ending today in court, and his client would not be getting a restraining order at all. My badass lawyer, Mr. Freed, strolled in there and got me a 3 year restraining order against my ex-husband! Another example, my ex lied about his income over and over, Mr. Freed got a forensic accountant to confirm that my ex made almost twice as much as he claimed. My ex still refused to pay his court ordered child support and alimony, and because he purposely was trying to drag out the case, Mr. Freed got the judge to order him to reimburse me $100,000 in legal fees. Of course my ex didn't reimburse me, so as the support arrears and legal fines kept adding up, Mr. Freed fought to get me my ex-husband's 25% stake in an office building, which was actually worth more than what my ex owed me. Guess what? Mr. Freed got it for me! So if you know that you're dealing with a narcissist who is going to fight you endlessly, then you need Mr. Freed. He's in it for the long haul. Also, his assistant, Kathy, runs a tight ship, she is on top of everything and is also detail oriented, and just a super nice person in general.

I cannot say enough great things about Attorney Garrison ("Bud") Klueck. He was absolutely amazing…read moreand helped me tremendously during a very stressful situation. What stood out most was not just his knowledge and professionalism, but his willingness to go above and beyond when it truly mattered. Bud stayed on the phone with me late on a Friday evening to make sure I fully understood my situation, my options, and the best path forward. That level of dedication is rare. He didn't rush the conversation, didn't make me feel like "just another case," and took the time to walk through everything clearly and strategically. His communication is direct, honest, and extremely effective. He has a strong command of the law and knows how to apply it in a practical way that actually helps you move forward. I felt confident knowing I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared about the outcome and was willing to put in the time to get it right. If you are looking for an attorney who is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping you, I highly recommend Bud Klueck. He exceeded my expectations in every way and made a difficult situation much more manageable.

I went through two different attorneys. The first had just come out of retirement after several years and the second was essentially brand new. Neither of them was familiar with the current judges and both made serious errors that cost me time and money. The routine would go like this: request a meeting with Bud who would then call in the paralegal or attorney actually handling my case. Abundant promises of immediate action would ensue, but 3 weeks later we'd be in there again because nothing had been followed through with. If you decide to go with this firm, take notes at every meeting and ask the attorney to sign them as far as what they are doing and when. They delayed so long in filing my financials that the judge fined ME $5000 and then FLSD refused to reimburse despite it being their error.

I contacted Bruce's office and told them that Bruce would be my 4th attorney in which they replied, "He will be your last attorney". They couldn't have been more correct. Bruce is the best attorney you can get. At every court appearance he was prepared for anything the opposing attorney would throw at us. He is extremely professional and his advice (even when you might not agree with it in the beginning) was spot on. His staff is just as amazing as he is. It's almost like you have a second family on your side helping you out through a very challenging time. He changed my life and my children's lives. The end results were more than I could have hoped for. If you want an attorney that is willing to go the extra mile for you then Bruce is it!

I am sharing this review to caution others who may be considering this attorney…read more During my case, I was explicitly advised--after the attorney stated he had researched the issue--that I had no legal access to a medical health savings account and that there was "no viable path" for me to receive any portion of it. This account was a marital asset, yet I was told to effectively disregard it. That advice was unequivocally incorrect. I have since received $50,000 from that very account. This was not a nuanced legal judgment call or a difference in strategy--it was a fundamental failure to properly identify, evaluate, and advocate for a significant marital asset. Whether due to insufficient knowledge, lack of diligence, or inadequate investigation, the outcome was the same: I was given materially inaccurate guidance that could have resulted in substantial financial loss. Clients depend on their attorneys to understand financial instruments, conduct thorough research, and provide sound legal advice. In this instance, those basic expectations were not met. I strongly encourage prospective clients to seek second opinions and independently verify critical financial guidance before relying on it.
