I highly recommend Madeline and her team! Went through several different attorneys before finding her to process my QDRO. She walked me through the process seamlessly, it was completed within year. Wish I had found her sooner. read more

I think the world of Madeline Hill and QDRO Helper. As a divorce mediator, I refer clients to her every single month and she has proven to be responsive, helpful in answering complex questions, willing to take the time to help our clients and our team here, and she is just really exceptional. I cannot recommend her more. Scott Levin read more

Madeline at QDRO HELPER is a gem. She held my hand throughout the entire process and told me what to expect in the process and she was on point every time. Transfers of any asset are never easy especially when there is a lot of red tape. This transaction was worth every dollar spent. Thank you Madeline and your team at QDRO helper. read more

They were so extremely helpful and Madeline Hill was the absolute best. Made the whole process so so easy. They printed firm typed example letters and was always there when needed. Would totally recommend them read more

Going into this process, I was completely clueless about what a QDRO was, who could help me and what I would need to do. I found QDRO Helper online and honestly thought it was too good to be true. My ex-husband and I could just pay them and they would basically do all the work, including filing the paperwork with the court? I thought for sure it had to be a scam. But, I was so pleasantly surprised throughout the whole process. Madeline helped us all along the way, she answered every question we had & put my mind at ease on more than one occasion. I would definitely recommend Madeline to any friend that needed help with a QDRO in the future! read more

It's only taken me 8 years to write this review (long story). In short, Madeline was very helpful to me when I was trying to sort out the QDRO mess back in 2014. She responded to my "cold call" email and pointed me in the right direction (pretty much step-by-step) without charging me or soliciting her firm's services. I told her I would be sure to give her a good Yelp review; I just didn't know it would take this long... read more

Madeline provides a great service to those who are often in less-than-great circumstances. Her services are reasonably priced, and it can all be done from home. She is fair, kind, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended! read more

My elderly mother went through a very long, drawn out, contentious divorce. She passed away before the QDRO was finalized. No one I contacted could help me, until I found QDRO Helper and Madeline Hill. A posthumous QDRO is a much more complicated process and I was told by several attorneys that it would be nearly impossible to finalize. Madeline assured me that it was indeed possible and successfully guided me through the entire process. She is professional, incredibly knowledgeable about her field and very easy to work with. She responded quickly to any and all questions and was always available if I needed to speak to her personally. I highly recommend her. I'd give her 10 stars if I could! read more

Thank you Attorney Madeline Hill for assisting me in a matter I never thought I would be caught up in - post divorce QDRO. My situation is somewhat exceptional and without going into details, Attorney Hill has guided me through a process I did not understand. I am not finished with my matter; however, because of Ms. Hill's guidance, I am a great deal closer to completion. Thank you again Attorney Hill. Respectfully, Patricia read more

I am a certified divorce financial analyst (CDFA) and I refer clients to QDRO Helper when they need to divide retirement accounts such as a 401(k) or pension. Madeline is so patient with everyone and takes the time to explain the QDRO/DRO process which can be complicated. She provides a consultation at no-cost which is a good idea because after talking with her you will want to hire her. Her pricing is fair and affordable. read more

Real people..real results..in plain and simple english. The thought of dealing with the legal process with QDROs has been haunting me for months...I found QDRO Helpers on the web...and am so grateful for what they have done for me. The legal language and the whole court thing - has been enough to give me nightmares...but if you want to get a QDRO done...this is the way to go. Keep in mind..if you need an attorney for anything IN COURT..you gotta do that on your own - but drawing up the paperwork and getting it approved by the plan administrators?! That's what QDRO Helper does....quick, efficient and completely understandable. 1 is done..and I have 2 more to go..and I will stick with QDRO Helpers - their performance speaks for itself! Thank you! I would recommend them to ANYONE who has a QDRO that needs to be completed. read more

I worked with Attorney Madeline Hill - She was so professional and understanding. She impressed me most because she actually hears what you are saying - thats right - she listens. She was very well-read and highly educated in her field which made me feel confident in her opinion and work. Thank you QDRO Helper. You have a team of experts that I feel safe and secure with. Wow! And that is an understatement! Wow! Wow! Wow! Absolutely the best experience I've ever had dealing with a lawyer. If you need a QDRO or COAP drafted or reviewed, contact QDRO Helper. You will not be sorry. There is no way you will find someone better and more thorough than Madeline (The lawyer and owner of QDRO Helper). She goes way above and beyond what most lawyers will do. I contacted QDRO Helper after I received a COAP draft in the mail from my ex's attorney. (A COAP is the term for a QDRO when it comes to the FERS or CSRS retirement systems of the federal government). Looking through this proposed COAP, it looked like a foreign language to me. I contacted Madeline, who answered every question I asked her. What I noticed right away is that Madeline answered every question, and never tried to sell me on any of her services. That is unheard of!!! After talking to Madeline, I realized that it would be well worth the money to have her review the proposed COAP I had received from my ex. She has a very reasonable flat rate and that would be well worth it for peace of mind alone. I called Madeline back later and told her that I was going to retain her. She told me to go to her website where I signed all forms and paid the fee. She was very busy at the time so she told me it would be a few weeks, which was fine. Well, it was fine with me but not with my ex's lawyer. My ex's lawyer sent a letter threatening to take the COAP to court if I didn't sign their proposed COAP and get it back to them right away. I told Madeline this and she said to have them contact her if they had any problems. I did in fact tell my ex's lawyers to give Madeline a call. When they called her, she told them that she was representing me and that they could expect a response in a few weeks. About 3 weeks after I retained Madeline, I received an email from her with all of the proposed revisions. I emailed the proposed revisions to my ex's lawyer and didn"t get a response. Madeline contacted me a week later and asked me if she could help me with anything. I asked her if she could fax the proposed revisions to my ex's lawyer. She had no problem doing that and a week later I received a new COAP from the other lawyer in the mail!!! This new COAP included ALL of the revisions Madeline recommended. That is why I started this review with "WOW"! I paid a flat rate which is just for a review, period. Madeline did so many things above and beyond what I paid for, it's just unbelievable! Most lawyers will charge you for every minute they spend talking to you, as well as mailing and faxing services. I can't thank her enough for what she did for me. If you are in the market for a QDRO lawyer, hire Madeline at QDRO Helper, you WILL NOT be sorry!!! 5 Stars aren't enough, seriously!!! Thank you Madeline!!!!! read more

The last part of my divorce is done thanks to QDRO Helper. My ex always handled the finances so it was great dealing with an attorney who actually took the time to explain the division of the retirement plans to me and to answer all of my questions. I did a lot of online searching and QDRO Helper's price couldn't be beat. It was also really convenient because I worked with the attorney by email and mail and didn't have to come to the office since I live in Orange county. read more

I would give 10 stars if possible! Madeline Hill made the complicated QRDO process easy for us to understand. She gave us the details and tools we needed to complete our QDRO's. A big bonus was that Madeline was nice, patient and quick to respond to emails and/or calls! I highly recommend using QDRO Helper! read more

I contacted QDRO Helper to get some questions answered regarding exercising Gilmore Rights based on my QDRO. I was connected right away to Madeline Hill who was extremely informative. She filled me in on so many details/complications/options that I had no idea about. She's an EXPERT! And she was more than willing to spend the time to explain things to me. Unfortunately, I do not live in the San Diego area and, as such, am unable to use her services. I would have done so in a heartbeat though! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

Madeline Hill does a competent job of completing QDROs at a reasonable price. She has a helpful, pleasant demeaner. However, I cannot recommend her. While retained by both of us, she violated her own contract and legal ethics by communicating secretly with my ex to give him legal advice. read more

I agree with the above reviews. I had no end of troubles with a recommended lawyer trying to get the QDRO done with a 403b retirement account. He finally just returned my money. Madeline Hill was recommended to me. From the website to the instructions to quickly returned emails to the final document and clear instructions for filing....everything went beautifully! Ms. Hill encouraged questions and responded within 24 hours every time. She almost makes me like lawyers! Highly recommend. read more

My experience was the same as the other reviewers - Madeline is wonderful to work with. Smart, responsive, cooperative and resolution oriented. She was simply great to work with. Highly recommended. read more

I have almost always had major headaches when dealing with lawyers and legal issues. When I needed a QDRO done, I shopped around for somebody who would help me with the QDRO. When Madeline Hill from QDRO Helper initially talked with me on the phone, her professionalism and even more importantly, her willingness to help, won my trust immediately. I have started the process with her, and she has gone above and beyond to help. I only wish that all lawyers behaved that way. The price is extremely reasonable (the lowest among the few I shopped around for), and the quality is top-notch. Thanks, Madeline! read more
