I am giving them NOTHING for stars. At first, I was very pleased with their service, but here these last couple of months I've noticed a declined in their customer service and performance. On three different occasions, my appointments have taken over 3 1/2 hours to complete. I would attend my appointments with little to no pain, only to leave out of my appointment in MAJOR pain. They would call me to the back and get me prep and ready for my procedure...only to have me sitting for at least an hour, waiting on Dr. Ball to come into the room. Once she's in the room, she would start my procedure and then stop midway to go into another room to work on another patient. Hence leaving me in the room for another hour to wait on her. She would then come back, work on me again; get halfway done and then leave the room AGAIN to go work on another patient. Once again leaving me in the room for another 30 to 45 minutes. During those times the dental techs would periodically come in taking multiple x-rays of my already sore mouth. And perform things or look around in my mouth that I know they are NOT qualified to do. The straw that broke the camels back was today....I was told previously that I need a crown done on my number 30 tooth so I decided to get it done. Needless to the worst experience EVER....I was in the Navy for 24 years and thought nobody could be worse than them.....boy was I fooled today. My appointment was at 0900, I arrived at 0910, waited for about 10 minutes...they called me to the back I got prepped and Dr. Ball did not enter the room until an hour later. During that time the dental tech Megan ask me did I needed to be numbed. My response to her was, "No, if we are only just replacing the temp crown with the permanent crown." She removed my temp crown, and replaced it with my permanent crown....the crown wouldn't fit correctly so she keep having to remove it, file it and replace it back on a tooth that has now been exposed nowcfor over an hour. By her keep doing that, the tooth became very aggravated, and I was in pain. At one point, she dropped the crown on the floor, went to wash it off and keep the same exact gloves on that she used to pick the crown up off of the floor and placed it back in my mouth.Oh and they do NOT wash or sanitize their hands when they leave the rooms of different patiients. They just change their gloves. They also use the same gloves they use on your mouth to open up cabinets and gather materials. Finally, Dr. Ball came into the room and did the same procedures aggravating the tooth even further. So finally after two and a half hours of this nonsense I finally asked to be numbed before we do anything else to this tooth. After 3 hours of messing with this tooth and crown, Dr. Ball told me that she would need to reorder another crown because the one that I had wouldn't fit. Okay, Megan took over again and started squirting some liquid around the tooth to move the tissue back, (mind you this is the sixth or seventh time she had done this to the already sensitive tooth). Finally Dr. Ball took over and I kept telling her that I needed more numbing medicine. Finally I was so feed up, angry, disappointed, and ready to go....I just endured the pain so that I can get the temp crown put on in order to leave. Before I left Dr. Ball offered me a motrin which I had to take immediately due to being in so much pain and I also had to pay $17 because they said that the insurance didn't cover everything, mind you I had already paid them over $400 in the previous visit. My point is read the reviews of these dentist and their staff before becoming a patient of their's. read more
