The dogs stay in their own room with a dog door that is always open for them to go out into a little enclosed area for bathroom or to just enjoy sitting outside. There are cameras that you can access whenever you want which was nice knowing I could "check" on my babies anytime. I would definitely go back and will recommend this place to anyone who asks me where to find a safe boarding for their fur babies.

Everything started out great, but when we went to pick up our fur babies we saw a different side of Tami. We mistakenly showed up 30 minutes before the pick up window, our bad. We had just returned from vacation and had the pick up window wrong. When we arrived there was a couple adults and children in the office. So we assumed they were open. We waited outside to be acknowledged and after a few minutes of the people inside looking at us but not answering the door, my son knocked on the door. Tami answered and jumped our ass immediately with "we're having a family birthday, we open at 4:00". We were pretty turned off by the lack of people skills. We thought the window to pick up was 2-4, it was 4-6. Had she politely told us it would have been no big deal. We ended up sitting in the truck for about 30 minutes. When 4pm approached they opened the door and waived us in. She knew she had a talking to coming because they had both our pets in hand ready to run us out the door. My wife and son worked to get the animals loaded. I handed her a credit card and she snapped at me again. "We don't take credit cards, only cash or check". (I'm sure they report income to the IRS). So Tami let us take the animals and pay later, but not without another smartass jab. Tami with her excellent (sarcasm) people skills said "your welcome" as they ushered my wife out the door. We decided to put a end to the drama and went to the nearest atm and got cash. When we returned my wife and I handed her the cash and confronted her about the lack of customer service skills. My wife and are were blown away by how she treated us. Makes you wonder how she treated our animals. I've never been treated like this by a business owner in my life. We felt an obligation to speak up. We also contacted our veterinarian that referred us. They agreed it was very unprofessional and said they would no longer recommend this business. It's funny, after two weeks no apology, no call, nothing. We were hoping for an apology but it's never happened. We didn't want to leave this review but after two weeks, we felt we've given her time to reach out to us. Use this place at your own risk, we'll look else where on our next trip.
