Paige navigated the purchase of a house we found on the first day of our search. She was honest about her thoughts on purchase price and successful in negotiating on our behalf. Even more impressive was Paige's ability to get some of our asks taken care of before we moved in. We knew she would roll up her sleeves and make it all happen. And she did. We originally chose Paige as a realtor because she believes in and contributes to our community. We will continue to use Paige as a realtor because she is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, is trustworthy, and will go above and beyond for us. We look forward to working with Paige on the sale of our current home.

I drove around the area and came upon Carolyn's sign on another property and it said "Sale Pending" and I just had a hunch. I called Carolyn's number, she answered immediately, and we were off and running. Carolyn and Jensen came to the house and gave us their pitch, outlining everything they would do to step in and take the helm. Their approach to getting our home sold was everything the previous agent stated was "no longer needed in today's digital market." Flash forward 2 weeks and we had several strong offers, went into escrow with one but that buyer wanted us to come too far. Carolyn supported us as we decided to wait for a better fit and helped us strategize. I traveled to Sacramento for work and upon my return found myself having emergency surgery and stuck in the hospital for 6 days while my wife was negotiating a new offer. Carolyn communicated with my wife extensively and checked on me daily which meant so much to us and to me personally. Within a few weeks we had a strong and excited buyer lined up and the most impressive part of working with Carolyn was how she handled all of the last minute challenges that always come up during a sale. Truly graceful. I cannot say enough good things about Carolyn, Jensen and the entire Westmoreland Team. They simply made the process comfortable during a time in our lives when we had dealt with an immense amount of stress. If you're looking to buy or sell a home in and around Gig Harbor, WA Carolyn Westmoreland is your best and only choice! Cheers...Scott & Josie Logan

My husband was being relocated, so technically we were supposed to use one of the company's appointed real estate agents, but I stumbled upon Anne's website through a mutual friend who had used her to sell their home in Tacoma and I immediately liked her online persona. I then found out from my neighbors that Anne had sold the house next door to us, as well as the one directly behind us (in about a week!). I knew immediately that we needed to hire Anne. So we jumped through a few hoops with our relocation company to allow us to use a different realtor. Now that our house has officially sold, I can say that this was truly the best decision we could have made. In fact the realtors that our company had selected for us had told us they were going to list our home for roughly 50-75K less than what Anne suggested listing it at. Now that it has closed, had we gone with the other realtors we would have left at least 50K on the table. That is a lot of extra money we made thanks in large part to Anne! She is so knowledgeable about the University Place market, she knew things about our house and location that even we didn't know. She went above and beyond our wildest expectations as a realtor. She answered our questions (many many questions!!) via text and email almost immediately... and this is over the course of three months from listing to final close! After we had already moved she went to our house before showings to turn on lights, heat it up and be there to greet the other real estate agents. She was even on hand to schedule our movers when the time came for us to finally move into our new home in Texas. I haven't even touched on the beautiful youtube video she made for our house which generated close to 2,000 views!! The online marketing she did to target specific buyers that would be a good fit for our house, as well as her in person demeanor. She is truly a remarkable person and realtor. My only complaint is that she doesn't live in Texas and therefore isn't able to help us buy our next house! THANK YOU ANNE! You set the bar really high! :)
