It is located on the top floor of the hotel, on very busy road surrounded by deserted neighborhood. Strange... But when go get out of the elevator on the 10th floor, you forget about all of it... Amazing view of Istanbul! It is upscale place with all the attributes of high-end restaurant. As always, we went for the few appetizers instead of ordering a Maine course. Wow! It is Turkish- Middle-Eastern type of food with a lot of fresh veggies and seafood products. Service is kind of on the slow side, as everywhere in Istanbul and their English is rusty, but it is minor fact. Also, the value of the meal you only could dream about in US.
