Along with axe throwing, there's corn hole, giant Jenga, arcade games, and other free or inexpensive things to do. We took a tour of the various party rooms & they look like so much fun. Great place to have birthday parties, casual business gatherings, hang with friends or a unique date. One of the things that I really like is that you can BYO food, drinks and adult beverages. They do have a cooler with beverages that include craft sodas, boba, energy drinks, and more. Light snacks are available, too. The decor is a meld of a warehouse with rustic lumberjack accessories and furniture. The cages are named after roads and places in Hershey. The place was clean and inviting (as inviting as axes can be). Sorry, I didn't take pictures because we were disconnecting from the phones for a few hours. As for the location, it is tricky to find. When you turn off of Chocolate Avenue onto N Street or Orchard Street, then tune Left on First Street (an alley) go to the end of the road & it will be on the right. The physical location is not on Chocolate Avenue, but one block behind it.

Staff is extremely rude and condescending. Staring at us like he didn't know what we meant and then rudely correcting us in a condescending tone. then while skating we were approached by a worker and told to get closer to the middle or get off the rink because we were skating "too slow" for the outside, when we were skating at a normal pace. We told him we just wanted to be closer to the outside and felt more comfortable, and he just said "well sorry" and skated away. There are multiple skating rinks in this area that have never showed that kind of behavior and allowed anyone of any ability to skate. This is not one of them. They punish the "slower" (normal speed) skaters disguising it as "not wanting you to get hit" instead of the people zipping around and tripping people. Saying all this without even mentioning the fact that while skating I was approached by a man who I'm pretty sure either works there or is a regular, and he attempted to flirt with me. Very awkward and strange. I don't recommend this place.

Despite his attempt to present valid identification proving he was 21 years old, Sarah refused to believe it, mocked the situation using air quotes about his "real age," and continued to escalate the issue. Once it became clear she could not justify her claim about his age, she abruptly shifted her reasoning, stating that he was not "chaperoning a child" and had to leave. The young man, like the rest of us, was a paying customer. He had purchased both entry and skate rental. There was absolutely no justification for the treatment he received--other than the fact that he is a young Black man. What made this even more painful was the clear contrast in how our white friend, who also had no skates and remained seated at our table, was completely ignored and never harassed by staff. The racial bias and discrimination from Sarah, the security guard, and other staff members were blatant. The overall environment was hostile, disrespectful, and unsafe. We ultimately made the decision to leave as a group, feeling dehumanized and unwelcome. To add further insult, the young man who had paid for entry and skate rentals was treated as if he were not a legitimate customer. The staff, including the girl at the skate rental window, were disrespectful when attempting to return our shoes, even citing minor issues like not "tucking" the laces into the skates. We were only at the facility for about an hour in total, but it was enough time to experience clear racial profiling, harassment, and unprofessional behavior by the staff. This is not the kind of experience any paying customer should ever endure.

Just while he was talking to people, sharing a few jokes, setting up for the show. Even before he had performed a single trick, he had charmed every member of my family, even the grumpy ones and even the young'ns, some of whom are usually shy. He was funny, considerate, intelligent, articulate, gracious, patient, and I know he's got a houseful of his own kids and he's worked with young people, and he was just as fantastic with generation A as he was with the Gen Xers and the Boomers!! My family ranged in age from 11 to 78. And Kyle had something to delight every single person there. During the act itself, he invited us to sit up close, and we could easily see every moment, every movement, every manipulation, and he befuddled and befuzzled every single one of us. So in this, Kyle actually defied Abraham Lincoln: he fooled all of my family, all of the time. And Kyle invited audience participation in several of the tricks. And every single trick was an absolute mind breaker. Some of my family members were sitting 2 feet away, and every single person was bowled over by the magic Kyle performed with such craftsmanship and confidence. Plus the guy is funny! A genuinely talented magician, and a fiendishly quick wit. His friendly banter and incisive patter and audience engagement delighted everyone there.
