First visit was on their grand opening. Picked up some juice, smooth tobacco. It was bearable. At this point they did not have sampling set up . The second visit ( and last) I asked to try some tobacco flavors. The sales lady informed me that I could try up to 3 and handed me the menu. What if I want to try others. Well, I decided to be safe and get the smooth tobacco again. 30 ml 100%vg. She went to the back to mix it. I also picked up a battery which qualified my purchase for a free 10 ml bottle so I chose their bloody cowboy. When i got home I dripped some of both. The smooth tobacco tasted like a strong detergent and the bloody cowboy was the same. I changed my wick and cleaned my RDA. I took it back to them today and it was pretty much what I expected. I did not expect the to refund my money since I had left the shop but was hoping that someone would sample it to see what I had experienced. Nope, no one brave enough. I did call later when the manager was back. She immediately began on how it will go bad when left in a hot car. (Putting the blame on me). She offered to exchange but I declined. Yep it was that bad. I purchase a custom blend from Juicy vapes. It melted the inside of the mouth piece and several drops of it stripped the finish from my dining room table. They custom blend all their e liquids and apparently solvent is among their ingredients. Their e liquids destroy vaporizer. You probably would do better with cigarettes than chancing these guys. read more

I used to be a faithful weekly customer until today. The owner would not exchange a pack of coils for me. I was honest and told her that my vape was stolen and I had to go back to my old one. I had just purchased a pack of coils two days ago. I needed another size. I walked out and left the new pack of coils on the counter never to return again. Bought numerous devices and juice every week. For a long time now. Wanted a second device to switch in between with my normal one. Tried a new device, and juice THEY recommended. Didn't get the first hit off it. Juice goes in your mouth. Something is wrong with it. tried a different juice in a NEW coil. Still same thing. On the phone they said they'd work it out, brought it in and they said it's my fault and that I should try a thicker juice and there's nothing they can do. So I left it there. He gave me attitude saying "so just so you understand this is mine now" and I said I was going to just throw it away. Waste of money. He laughed it off as I left. Will never go back in there. I love their products. My problem is that they won't give pricing over the phone. I know why; people are price shopping them. I'm in sales myself and I can tell you that in the long run this will hurt them. In this day and age transparency is a must. Not giving pricing is basically telling the customer that they CAN get a better price elsewhere and that worries them. They will lose some business sure but being up front about their prices will show that they are honest and people will pay more for that and good service. read more

I, honestly, would not recommend this place. The environment really isn't too friendly or welcoming in here. The guy who works there doesn't really know too much of what he's talking about when it comes to the differences between the products. The owner sits behind a double sided mirror & watches you & the security camera until you make your order. And since they don't support any outside vendors, which really blows, they only sell juice that they make in-house. So, when you order your juice & it is time to make it, she prepares the juice & drops it through this slot into this basket under the double sided mirror. She doesn't really come out to interact with you or anything. & she doesn't seem too friendly either. It's freakin weird. I'm not from the area, but I've been to dozens of vape shops between Georgia & Tennessee & I've never been to a vape shop where I genuinely didn't enjoy the experience like I have here. The prices here are entirely jacked. Its freakin insane! I only got 3 coils & I paid the price of 5. I understand wanting to make a profit, but this is ridiculous. If you can find another vape shop in the area, I'd recommend you go there instead. read more

The staff is great, but the owner is very rude. I purchased an e-grip from them that leaks. I took it to the store today to have it looked at and was accused of taking it apart, removing seals, etc. All I did was purchase it and try to use it. The owner is arrogant and rude. I will not ship here again and am left with $75 of junk that can't be used. The item I paid $75 for is also only $59 online. I would not recommend shopping here. There are many other options that have owners who recognize that customers deserve a little respect. read more

Decided to stop in today and LOVED what I found. They have good prices on their vaping products and have a great variety of different juices in great flavors. Don't buy "Drippin' Caramel." I got one of those bottles earlier today, and it smells, and tastes like ass. I can't even get past the fact of how much this flavor gives me a headache. I can't even put my nose close to this thing without feeling like puking. And what's with the name "Caramel?" It tastes nothing like it. I feel like whoever made this either puked , or pissed in it. Brand new to the vaping scene I went into Juicy vapes and was sold a $100 setup with supposedly "top notch vaping technology". Within the week the vaporizer had started leaking in my pants pocket. Took it back to the store was told it might a simple coil issue that was changed and fixed at my expense. Another week goes by and turns out some of the juice had leaked into the unit because the display started glitching and not charging properly rendering it useless. So i take it back for a second time for some sort of consolation since they have a no refunds or exchanges policy, the disclaimer for said policy is written on a sign at the bottom of the counter out of plain view. The store manager took 30 minutes to come from the back to even see what my issue was because she was making "juice" for other customers that had come in minutes after me even though i made it a point i was in a rush. She basically insinuated that the whole ordeal was my fault and said that i would have to deal with the vaporizer company myself, even though it hadn't been a month since i bought the damn thing from that store. She offered to send the unit back under warranty for a fee, then wanted to sell me another one of the same unit for a "small" discount, not including my tank that came with the original one. So another $60 she wanted for a product that I showed her was clearly inferior. I cut my losses and left and will be dealing with the vaping warranty myself. Though the staff was nice and helpful, the management is accusatory and rude. So save yourself a trip and look elsewhere if you expect good customer service. They say you can save thousands of dollars by switching to vape from cigs, well ive already lost $100 within a week thanks to Juicy Vapes in Conyers. read more

I went to Juicy Vapes in Conyers. I was considering buying a tank from them, wanted to try some of their juices. I was already in there talking to an employee when another person walked in. Without saying a word to me, she walked away and helped the other person, spent time with him answering questions etc, was in the process of checking him out. There are 3 people in my household that use vapes. I wanted to try out another store and their variety. I realized on my first visit here that their "customer NO service" will keep me from going back. I suppose the guy could have been her friend or whatever, but she could have said something like "excuse me, I will be right back....I know what this guy wants and it will just take a minute" but no, she just walked off without a word, totally ignored me. In turn, I left there and went to another shop, spent $300.00, was treated with respect and appreciation for spending my hard earned money in their store. read more

I purchased a battery from the Conyers location which was a huge mistake. My battery stopped working after 3 weeks so I tried to take it back for an even exchange and I was told they couldn't exchange the battery. The two guys working there told me that the battery I purchased was not covered under their warranty because that particular battery is known to be faulty. They said the person who sold it to me should have told me that (but they didn't) and I told him that if I had been advised of such I would have purchased something else. When I asked for the manager's number I was told management and the owner would be difficult to get in touch with. After I kept complaining one of the employees put Sedric "Juice Man" on the phone and the best he could do was make a phone call to the owner Greg and come back and offer me another item with a $10 off discount. I refused to spend another dime in this store and told him how crazy it is for his store to SELL AN ITEM THAT IS KNOWN TO BE FAULTY. Next stop from here, I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had checked out these other terrible Yelp reviews before I walked into that store. Oh, by the way -- when I made my purchase there was no return policy posted anywhere and when I went back they had a "no refund, no exchange" sign sitting on the FLOOR. WHO LOOKS DOWN AT THE FLOOR WHEN THEY LOOK FOR A RETURN POLICY. Management here is TRASH. read more
