They haven't…read morebeen here long but they have made a name for themselves by what they offer and other things I will talk about later in this review. This store is MASSIVE!!! They sell hair, makeup, wigs, clothing, shoes, accessories, and everything in between. They get a lot of business because they are open earlier than most store, which is about 8:30am. They are open about 8pm as well. So that's a big draw for them as well. I've come in looking for certain things and found those exact things and more. I put my aunt onto this store as well. She was looking for an affordable unit that I can cut and style for her with having to make one from scratch. We were able to find the perfect one and I got her to step out of her comfort zone and try a new color instead of 1's and 1B's. The hair in the unit was sooooo soft and took heat from my CHI flat iron very well!!! One downside about coming to this store is that they kind of watch people like hawks and that's because they have a really bad problem with shoplifters. They are posting videos on their Facebook page every week of someone shoplifting. I don't understand why people are still shoplifting from them because they have current CCTV equipment that's able to zoom in and out on the shoplifter's face and all?!? So, I try to only go in when I know I'm going to buy something instead of looking around aimlessly. I do like what they offer and the employees are always helpful with me, so I don't have any complaints about that. The store is pretty spacious and tidy. I'm glad they do take pride in how the store looks instead of looking for a profit only!!!

I come here for my lashes, my Camille Rose products, hair for my protective styles, etc. Speaking of, they have the LARGEST selection of braiding hair I have seen. "It's gonna be an hour wait, after you made an appt." At least you can be prepared for that and decide if you want to, or can wait. The tech says "oh you haven't received your shot yet?" after I pointed out a gentleman that came in well into my 30 mins, was serviced before me and quite a few other folks that had been waiting.

Ordered photos at Walgreens and received an email that they were ready…read more I ordered 1 wood panel and when I arrived there were three photos sitting out. They were NOT in any packaging and there was NO label. After reviewing the photos they were NOT done correctly and the young lady didn't know anything. Glue on the photos, crooked and all. I asked if they were left out because they were wrong and IF there was an wooded panel done correctly that was boxed up for me. She didn't know anything, and couldn't provide me any help. She didn't call for help either. Word of advice for anyone ordering photos. DO NOT pay for your purchase until you arrive to the location. Do NOT pay online.

I have been coming to this hair store for years and never had any problems…read more It all started when I asked one of the girls working there for some assistance. I had a question in regards to them having an ombre lacefront closure and the girl says they don't have that. I then began to follow up with some more questions, and in the middle of me asking the question, the girl, visibly frustrated, throws her hands up, mumbles cuss words under her breath, and just blatantly walks away from me. Mind you, I was in good spirits, no hostility what so ever, and only seeking to find the products needed to get my hair done later that day. I was so taken aback by her actions that I called out "Excuse me? I'm asking you a question and you're walking away from me?" She continued to walk away ignoring me. This incident took If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've been patronizing this business for years and have never encountered a problem with any of the sales associates. Today however, all of that changed as I was treated beyond rude and threatened. place right by the counter as another woman who claims to be the manager, looked on and failed to intervene or help me in anyway. I found this odd as I am familiar with this woman, because i come in frequently and we're cordial towards eachother everytime. So for her to witness the sales associate exercising such poor customer service and not step in in anyway what so ever was baffling to me. None the less, I continued to look on in the store, trying to search for what I was looking for by myself. As I was walking out of the store, both the sales associate, and the manager were standing near the exit and I said "As long as I've been coming here, I have never been treated with such rudeness from anyone here, but this young lady here was extremely rude to me." The sales associate then began yelling in a hostile manner saying "I don't know what else you wanted me to do!" I told her "I"m a teacher, and I teach my kids not to be angry and rude like you." She made another nasty remark and I then said "Why are you so angry? Are you one of these women that don't have a man? Is that why you're mad at the world?" She then started cussing at me saying "I'll beat your ass all through this store bitch!" and she started lunging towards me. Another associate, not the manager, came from the back and got in between the girl and I preventing her from proceeding to attack me. The manager then pushed me out the door of the store saying that I was wrong, and that I needed to apologize to the girl, saying "Aren't you a teacher? You're contradicting yourself." Being the positive person that I am, despite having been treated horribly, cursed out, threatened, and practically assaulted, I apologized to the girl. As I drove off I felt disrespected and knew this wasn't right, and this is why I'm writing this review to warn others of this kind of harsh treatment that I experienced today that no innocent customer should ever have to be subjected to! I did absolutely nothing to provoke this girl to first off, walk away from me as I was asking a question, yell and curse at me, and run towards me to pursue an attack! The craziest color you could think of they have it, if they don't I'm sure they could get it.I think they have every beauty supply store in the CSRA beat by that fact. This is also a very busy store as well. Many other customers like their selections and it's hard not to patronize them. These business owners use to have a fish market in the area that was amazing. The owners are African and they use to use African spices to season the fish. It was so delicious. I wish that fish market was still in business.
