I'm here to complain about the manager and the drink.So this is what happended.
Yesterday(July 9th of 2024 about 3pm-4pm at 7077 Newman Blvd Unit 5410, Lasalle, Quebec H8N 1X1 Canada) we were just going about our day when we came across your shop.When we were waiting in line, a white women with her 2 kids were in front of us trying to get a refund.So after their refund, we ordered the Matcha made in heaven drink. When we got our drink, it tasted really bad.First, the oat milk had a weird taste like it went bad. Second, the pearls were really hard and not fresh at all not like the normal pearls we usually have. So the we demanded a refund. At first, a worker said she can do a refund it's just that because she is new she doesn't know how to do a refund so she called her manager to come back cause her manager left to go somewhere and it's only the worker who was working the whole time cause there wasn't anyone else who was working. So after waiting for about 5 minutes, the manager finally came. When she arrived, she didn't even ask us kindly what happened and why we wanted a refund. She just straight up told us to leave cause we weren't allowed to get a refund but then we asked her why did the white women earlier with her 2 kids got a refund. She said she never gave them a refund even though we saw it with our own eyes. But during our argument with the manager, a black women also came to ask for a refund cause she doesn't want the drink anymore (the drink wasn't made yet) cause she was late and she doesn't want to get disqualified. But the manager still said no to the refunds. The manager told us to stay as long as we want but she is still not giving us a refund. So we left... but the new worker was really nice though. The problem isn't about the drink it's about her honesty cause she was straight up lying to us. And we also feel discriminated cause she only gives refund to white people not to us Chinese people and the black women who wanted a refund as well. And cause it was my first experience in your shop we didn't feel satisfied and respected in ur shop. Thank you for your understanding. read more
