The staff are friendly and helpful - don't hesitate to ask to see the soups, etc. before you make your decision, they are happy to show you.

The drinks selection is pretty broad, and I always like a good variety of non-caffeinated, real-fruit drinks. Fresh taro milk is usually my go-to for gauging the quality of a bbt place; unfortunately they were out of taro at the time. Which is actually a good sign of them actually using *fresh* taro. So I got the real-fruit mango peach instead, and it was decent. V quite sweet for "less sugar", so I would go even less next time. No ice is not an option for these, but they did heed my request for less ice. Price wise, maybe not as cheap as the cheapest in Van, but quite reasonable considering the inflation these days. Overall, I wouldn't be against returning while here in Kelowna!
