We had a whole room (4 beds) to the 3 of us so there was plenty of space and even had a TV in the room to watch some Swedish TV. I'm specifically writing this review to say thanks to the super helpful hostel staff who shipped me my apple watch that I forgot in the room overseas to Chicago. I was worried that I'd never get it back because you know how things can go when you're backpacking around hostels but the staff was honest, nice and helpful in sending it back to me! Specifically, Linda, who I was exchanging info over email with trying to get the watch back. I couldn't be more grateful and satisfied with my stay here, 5/5 stars. Felt like it was easy to get all over the city from there and there was even a park a short walk away that had a really cool free-to-enter zoo inside that had a bunch of animals native to the area. Linen or breakfast are not included. Housekeeping before leaving. Location was ok, quite far from the central station (we traveled by train), but it was fine. Cafés and shops nearby.

Spacious kitchen and facility. 5-10 minutes walk to the center and the "reception" help you out whenever possible and in their power! A great place to stay.

However, I was nicely surprised that the hotel lounge, reception and breakfast area was modern and tidy. We were able to check in quickly without any fuss. Unfortunately our room was tiny. I knew I had booked quite a small room at the time of booking but the room was so small. The room was clean and modern, we had a TV but sometimes it lost signal and the bathroom was like a pod and also very small. Whilst some people might be really bothered about the size of the room, I didn't actually mind it. After all, I was only there to rest for an hour before going out to dinner and to sleep at night. Everything else was pleasant. The breakfasts were good. It was mainly continental breakfast but had some warm scrambled egg and bacon. There was choice of rolls and bread, jam and marmalade, boiled eggs, cheeses and ham. There was also teas, coffee and juices as well as cereal. Breakfasts were included in our room price. Overall a good experience and no real complaints. I'm not a particularly fussy person and I'd recommend this hotel to friends.

For the price I get to have my own cabin with 2 beds, free parking and wifi, modern shared toilets and shower rooms. Wifi speed in the cabin was 32.7 mbps download and 45.3 mbps upload. The receptionist building has a small kitchen with access to a fridge to store food, a living room and a dining room. The whole place is very clean and the view is really beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the area is so quiet that I can hear the birds outside my cabin. One of the problems I had with my stay was that when I arrived, the receptionist was not in the building and had to be contacted by calling a number posted on the window. Unfortunately my cellphone does not work in Sweden and I did not get a chance to buy a SIM card. There was no access to a phone in the building but I was fortunate enough to meet a kind customer who let me use his cellphone. When I spoke with the receptionist she was very friendly and helpful. She came to the building and gave me the key to the cabin, sheets for the bed, explained the map of the area, how to access wifi and unlock the door to the shared bathroom. Another problem I had was that I had a heavy luggage with wheels that weighed over 40 pounds and I had to carry that on gravel from my car to the cabin. Besides these problems I had, I would recommend this place as a great place to stay.
