They have a pretty nice selection and their prices are very reasonable. Much cheaper than Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. They are about equivalent with an online store once you consider shipping and the wait time. Just a note that they have moved over Christmas week from their old spot on Aloma and 436. Their new spot is at 1555 Semoran Blvd in Winter Park. That is just south of Howell Branch Rd on the southbound side of 436 across from LA Fitness.

The new location is in the "20/20 Supercenter" next to the gas station on the southwest corner of Semoran and Howell Branch (from the listed location on Aloma, just head north on Semoran, and it's on your left).
