I put on the necklace before leaving the shop but discovered that the chain was too long and asked if I could exchange it for a shorter one. The sales assistant said that it was not possible and I should have thought of this before I made my purchase. I've never heard of such a stupid, rigid policy. The whole experience was very disappointing. Bad customer service, unfriendly staff (who were constantly watching me and made me feel like a thief). Not recommended.

The store is very hard to move around in. If you see a bunch of people walking in you might want to wait to they leave so you have some room to look around. The nazi stuff freaks me out but if it's your bag this is the place to find it. I wasn't in the market for jewelry but they have tons of vintage amber. The cameras were good old stock but full-on retail which did not fit my needs -- it didn't seem like a place that was open to haggling. The prints seemed like digital copies -- no sure if they had any originals. I think it's best for a unique souvenir of your travels. It will be spendy but it will be a good memory.
