They were a two-person crew, and they arrived around 9am and finished around 2pm. They did a pretty good job - far better than I would have done myself. I wish they would have included gluing the pebbles down with mulch glue. I tried doing it myself with 3 coats and they are still loose. I may have to use less water to dilute the glue to see if it would be more effective. They both were hard workers, worked fast, and cleaned up well after themselves.

Hired this "company" to regrade and lay new sod in my backyard. What I got was a short-cut job…read morewhere they just removed existing top layer and placed new sod directly on top of that. No grading to speak of. No measurements. No calculations on flow, drop, degrees. They left maybe a 1/2 inch of foundation showing and the new grass level with the concrete patio. And essentially created a major drainage situation that has resulted in water in my home on multiple sides of the property. THE WORST PART - when I contacted Carlos (owner??) about this, his only response was to charge me to fix it. $#&?! I normally don't post bad reviews, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

With allergies that prevent me from mowing my own grass, I found an ad in the Local Life magazine and called, and have used Cory since. It has been about 4 years. Cory (the owner) is very nice and works with us on what we want, what price we can afford, and gave us a discount for a family members veteran status. I pay them ahead of time so I can sleep while they mow in the early mornings. He recently planted a rose bush for me at a very reasonable price, puts down weed killer that really gets rid of them, and last year he alerted me that part of my fence needed repair- had he not told me it would have gotten much worse and would have cost a lot more. There was a time 2 years ago when we had a bad family event that prevented us from being able to pay him for a long period of time, and the compassionate reaction I received from Cory ( I wont go into too much detail-I don't want people trying to scam them out of free service) made me positive that I will be using him as my lawn guy until I move or he retires. My waterfall had a leak inside the rocks after snowmageddon a few years ago that caused the water to drop significantly when I had the waterfall turned on so it has been turned off for over a year as the leak progressively got worse. After talking with Ivan at Got Construction, I knew he understood the issue and I scheduled the repair with him. He and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would, which is not common for many repair companies. They did an outstanding job with minimal tear out and now my waterfall is working exactly as it should. I was super impressed how fast his guys completed the work, the aesthetic quality of the work, the communication before enduring the repair was outstanding and it was a very fair price!
