I ordered a whole chicken and it came with corn tortillas with tax $17+ chicken seasoning on the skin is really good but the meat was dry and after the fact - I can get a whole tender chicken from Ralph's, Walmart or any grocery store for less than $10 - I was disappointed Also ordered 2 crunchy tacos to eat there as my breakfast- omg not good at all, dry chicken with no skin which meant it didn't have any taste, so I added the salsa and it kinda helped.. and they use store bought taco shells double disappointment!! One of my favorite chicken places it may not look like much, but trust me, you must try! Their chicken is always cooked very well and seasoned perfectly. It's tender the sides. The potato salad has to be my favorite although the chicken rice is a close second the chicken is seasoned perfection. The salsa's are just OK and the beans are whole beans. We have ate this 100 times... we decided to stop in an hour before they close and sit and eat out of a cramped car and they wouldn't let us sit and eat inside 1 hour before they closed... so we are standing on the side of the building eating... they get a 1 star yelp because of how inconsiderate they were after I let them know, we were traveling in the car for hours and cramped if we could sit down and she said no because she was mopping the floor one hour before they were going to close. I had ordered a jumbo pack for lunch to feed about 10 people. I had ordered 24 hours before and the lady was rude on the phone. As soon as I got here to pick up the food I ordered 24 HOURS AGO, I STILL HAD TO WAIT TO PICK IT UP. The door signs outside are also reversed so the "in" door is locked and the "out" door is where you enter and I told the lady that and she said "oh yeah" and didn't bother to say anything about changing it. Ok, so I'll have to say that this is another alternative to chicken. I wouldn't go too far to say that it's better than el pollo loco. I think it's the same in quality. It offers more sides that comes included with the package though. I like their potato salad and that their container of salsa is big. Otherwise, it's rotisserie chicken, different seasoning. Seriously, idk how they make it so good considering they use the same brand horchata dispenser that you often see when ordering horchata, but they must be doing something different cuz theirs tastes so much better! And you can get a large for only $2.75. 95% if the time I just come here for the drink cuz it's THAT good but sometimes I'll get their food too. The chicken is good, as good as el pollo loco I'd say, but the sides are not that good and there's only 4 you can choose from. So I just stick to the horchata. This is the third time I go to this place because Google says it closes at 9pm and I've called to confirm and they say 9 then I show up and they always tell me the close at 8. Today I showed up at 745pm because they were "supposed" to close at 9pm and I get there and the lady tells me they're closed already. The people in the back are loud. I asked for the table to be cleaned because it was filthy I cleaned it myself took Andrea 5 minutes after being asked three times. Potato Salad gone bad! Bought family chicken pack yesterday 1/10/20 n potato salad had strange smell. Figured it couldn't be bad since i had just purchased. Unfortunately my family n self had some. Soon after having eaten it, the smell became obvious it was bad! A spoiled smell! Not long after i really got really sick to my stomache. I started vomitting last night n once again this morning!
