So, this brings me to today.... Circle K has lost $91,375 in purchases from just me, since then, & still no place to lock my expensive bike & alternate "green" & healthy form of transportation. There for I am reduced to having to now boycott & picket, this business, & bring in as many locals who also agree on this subject/concern. Picture every person I recruit, not spending this money & going to the "other" conveince store. If you don't care or respect your locals, we don't need you here. Fair Warning! Oh, & for the record, you only make what you are, because of locals like Richard who are working for you. He deserves way more than he gets from this business, as do all of it's employees, Do Better - Be Better!

The place is so remote that they get visits from Wisconsin's elk herd. So you can imagine what I was expecting from a small hotel that remote and far from anything. I was *very* pleasantly surprised. The owner takes great pride in his business and with good reason. The unit we stayed in had in-floor heating. It was large for a motel room with two beds. The place was very clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The linens (bedsheets, towels, etc.) were all good quality and fresh. The rocking chairs were very comfortable and quite preferable to watch TV from - normally we need to sit on the bed to see the TV. The room has a sitting area with 2 rocking chairs so you don't need to sit on the bed. If you need a place to stay around Butternut or Park Falls, you'd do yourself a favor and try to stay here. You may have to drive a little bit to get here, but it's worth it. You might even get to see an elk!
