I paid for the diagnostic to find out what was wrong with it. Got the call it was done and when I picked my truck up it was dumping fuel in the exhaust system running so bad I couldn't make it a mile down the road and had to call a tow. The diagnosis I was giving was the ECM. Which at the time would of made sense they where telling me it was going bad so that's why the truck was worse in the house it was there than when I dropped it off. There price was 225$ more than Glock er to fix it so I chose to go with Glockner only to save money nothing personal. I purchased a ECM from O'Reilly's had Glockner program it and the truck is still in the same shape it was when I had it towed there. I contacted them to ask them how sure they where with the diagnosis and they stated they where professional and they agree with it 100 percent. I then told them it was not the ECM at all that I changed it and it did not help the truck at all and I am now down over 700$ and my truck is worse than when I brought it there. The first day I was told the where gonna go talk to a employee see what else they thought and they would call me back in 5 minutes. I never got the call back. So today I called them and talked to Zach who tells me they would refund my diagnostic payment which was 73$. But other than that they couldn't help me. I gotta say I'm really floored at this experience and don't have the money to fix my vehicle now. All I can say is my truck my doing none of the things it is doing now when I dropped it off but when I picked it up it was pouring I mean pouring white smoke out the exhaust so bad I had to pull over and call a tow.
