Dave replaced 2 batteries in my SUV. After that he told me that my starter needed to be replaced…read more I called him and ask if I should order the starter and he said yes and for me to call him when the starter came in. I do so. Appointments made, appointments not kept. No courtesy text , just didn't show. I again contacted him and he was very rude. Stating that his van had broken down and he had to repair it. I said a text would have been considered , again was quite rude. I had tried calling him several times and no answer and no returning of my text messages. I used a different telephone number and he answered immediately. He was wrong about my starter. I had another mechanic replace the starter and he was able to determine the starter did not need to be replaced. Three mechanics later I still have no air conditioner which was what I wanted repaired. Now I am left with a vehicle that ran fine before Jon and Dave ? I can not help but wonder why. I would never allow Dave to touch my car. So sad.
