Turns out the owner doesn't want to admit mistakes were made and denied me any accomdation for the wrong material I was provided and told me to deal with it. Management was completely unprofessional and they clearly have no clear communication between their low level workers and higher ups. Price may be good but it comes at the horrific cost of terrible customer servuce. Owner doesn't understand that when anyone in the company makes a mistake they are the ones that are help accountable. Shouldn't trust a word or any promise they make. Driver couldn't even keep the simple promise of calling me before he arrived.
