He did not write down his measurements and when he showed up, he brought the wrong window size. He then had to re-order the correct window size. When he installed the window, we discovered that the screens were damaged. When we were not home, he dropped off replacement screens, but they were again the wrong size! Do you think he would at least check them when he dropped them off to be sure they were the right size?? Of course not because he is not that smart. After we discovered that the screens are the wrong size, he is not returning my phone calls, text messages or emails. His work is also way below sub-standard. He used scrap wood to build the exterior framing. It looks horrible and we will have to have that redone by a professional carpenter. HE IS AN UNSCRUPULOUS SKUNK AND A COWARD!! STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!! BUT, let me tell you while giving major praise and satisfaction thanks to Todd, the owner of Windows, Doors & More. His crew showed up 30 minutes prior to start time every day! I say "crew" BUT, these guys were true Craftsman and I mean Craftsman. The Team, Steve, Jacob, Ian, and Bill worked together like a fine tuned machine. A look and a nod in the place of words. WOW. Their personalities made it actually nice to have them around and working on my home. If you have a question, they stop what their doing, follow you, and listen intently with a true response. They even took extra care to help me and be certain my wood blinds would fit the new windows. Extra trim required, Not a problem. I highly recommend Todd's company. Their price was very competitive, not even close to the most expensive, but certainly not the cheapest. Buy once, cry once. One of the window companies he represents was the only one we found (we looked at many) that offered colored vinyl extrusions where we could have white on the inside and a tan color outside (never needs to be painted, even if surface is scratched). Lifetime warranty too! We recently hired him and his team for more work, replacing the screens with windows on our screened porch (no more cleaning up pine pollen). We had them add a custom bar top along the window sills. It looks great and is a wonderful way to enjoy the view of our back yard, even if it is raining or in the winter. My issue is I thought the quote was for windows with a .22 U #. You can buy windows with the same LE 366 glass for less than half the price. In my opinion the warranty is not worth the extra cost.

He took the measurements and explained the process from the point of sale to completion of installation. He walked us through the ProVia product warranty. We did our homework and got two more quotes, but Kelly was the clear winner in pricing and the fact that they are the only 'Platinum' ProVia dealer in the Triangle. Best of all? No franchise pricing games like the other two estimates. Their quote was transparent and actually more affordable than the 'big name' companies. They couldn't come immediately, but were in constant communication until they could come a few days later.
