Extremely disappointed with D.F.S. Home Services LLC. Stay away…read more We first called them to fix a clog in one of our bathrooms. The technician came, pulled out a baby wipe from the main sewer line, and said the problem was fixed. But when he connected his equipment to power, he damaged the electrical outlet on our wall. I asked them to fix the outlet they broke, but they said it wasn't their responsibility. They gave me the number of someone else who was supposed to come fix it, but no one ever showed up for days. That night, the toilet clogged again -- even worse, another bathroom overflowed with sewage. Clearly nothing was properly fixed. I called them again the next day, and instead of standing by their work, they said it would be another $249 on top of the $350+ we already paid. Then they told me the slope of our sewer pipe was incorrect and said we needed a full replacement for $4,500 -- but I looked it up, and most professionals charge around $1,500 for this kind of job. I thought at least the clog was fixed for now, and I'd find someone else to handle the slope. But within 24 hours, the bathroom clogged again. Bottom line: they never fixed the actual problem, kept charging every time, offered no warranty, and left us with a broken wall outlet and a bigger mess than we started with. Total waste of money. Do not hire this company unless you want to throw away your time and money.
