The person on the phone was polite and asked for a text with the information. Confirmed cost, date, and address via text. The day of the move came and no one showed up. No one answered my calls or texts. I had to pay extra money for another company to do a last minute move. Very unprofessional. I'm sure when they show up, they do a good job. But I wouldn't risk it.... especially if you have time constraints.

They came less than two after looking at what we wanted done, less than a week after our area received 2"-3" of snow. They were careful making sure our house and fence were not damaged at all, removing all brush and limbs, and hauling away the large logs created by the trees. They did an excellent job cleaning up before they left, and did not leave until they made sure everything was taken care of and we were completely satisfied. Lots of updates while work was going on. 4 acres of forest mulching totally transformed unusable, overgrown briars and leftovers from timber select cut into totally usable silvopasture for grazing. Better than we imagined and well worth the investment. Update: Our first experience was so good that we chose Red Paw again when we needed additional forest mulching, plus they've shown themselves to be extremely capable in more than just that aspect. They cleared our future homesite and also built us a long gravel drive. Throughout the process, we were kept well informed with calls, texts, pictures and videos; the team was efficient and flexible enough to deal with any challenges and we couldn't be happier with the results.
