The bed was delivered on-time and installed into our master bedroom; after traveling eight hours with a box truck and trailer, it was such a relief to be able to rest on our new bed immediately after. Additionally, they both helped me out with some post-purchase rebates after the mattress I bought went on sale for the holiday, true to their word. I highly recommend making your next mattress purchase with Ashe and Justin.

I bought and paid for a sofa set and told them I wanted to see it before delivery, no mention that they do not accept returns before they took my credit card. I went the next day and the sofa set was not the same pictured on ad and they refused to refund me, but instead tried to extort more money from me by saying they would charge a "fee" to do so of $170. If I could rate them zero I would. Terrible customer service, poor quality and crooks. Go elsewhere!

Again, I feel like we should have paid more for this furniture given the quality. But then again, it was a godsend to get it so cheap. The lady in the shop was so helpful. This is a family owned business and the owners actually drove an hour to Winston to help move our furniture into a 3rd floor apartment on a hot summer day. You really just cannot beat the service and great prices! It was great to be able to save so much money on my first post grad apartment. I honestly have NO complaints. At all. I urge you to shop here. Even if you have enough money to shop elsewhere on furniture, you'll save a few hundred bucks here and the quality is good as new. I will never buy new furniture again. I'd rather shop here than at IKEA and that's saying a lot.

He said the owner would calculate the cost then get back with us, which did not happen. We returned several times but the owner was never in the store. Finally, after the third trip the salesman magically had the order form in hand! If it took weeks to get the cost & make out an order we wondered if the carpet would actually be ordered & delivered. So, we did not complete ordering from White's Sales.
