I contacted Corey and not only was the bid still good, they were able to schedule the work in a timely manner. The work was completed last week by Yuri and another guy (whose name I forgot) and I could not be happier! Communication with Corey was excellent. He was very responsive and gave me updates before the project, assuring me of the scheduling. He was in contact with me the day of the work, giving me heads-up on the timing and such. Corey even stopped by the house the next day to review the work with me. The work was completed efficiently, and no corners were cut. Yuri and his coworker were fantastic. They did a great job, paying attention to the details. Especially the randomization of the LVT while they were installing. They cleaned up after themselves and the flooring looks great. Of the three contractors I contacted, Paliy and Corey were the only ones that gave me the confidence to book them. Also, their bid was very competitive and there were no additions once the work was started. I'd definitely contact them for any further work needed.

In the bidding process, they were timely and complete, providing the references we requested, and bidding the complete job, which included some masonry details in the body of the driveway. The job took a little longer than they projected, primarily due to the city dragging their feet on providing a permit for the apron of the driveway, which is in the city right of way. During the project, they inadvertently caused minor damage to the house siding, which they immediately pointed out to us and offered to repair it at their cost, which they did. In the end, we were very satisfied with the product, as well as the ongoing communication throughout. They did an exposed aggregate surface with sealer, and it looks great.

It sure would have been nice had he just responded that our job was too small, but I guess wasting peoples time and ghosting customers is how they roll if they aren't interested. Once he had us locked into a contract he started speaking to us in a sarcastic, accusatory way. He constantly vocalized how much he despised pets, despite knowing how we had them. Somehow everything we did in our own home was wrong according to him. Josh was the guy who actually worked on our place. He started out good, except when he was 4 hours late the second day. Said it was because he had to pick his kid up from the airport, which is fine, but he obviously knew about this ahead of time and felt no need to let us know. His tardiness multiple days resulted in him rushing the last 2, leading to some pretty awful work. Thursday evening we were supposed to be staying away from the fumes and finish because it was toxic so we moved into the basement. THE TOXIC LIQUIDS STARTED LEAKING THROUGH TO WHERE WE WERE STAYING. Josh hightailed it out of there leaving us to deal with his screw up. Told Patrick about this and he couldn't have possibly cared less, again blaming us. Real icing on the cake was how everything turned out. Upstairs looks alright, the stairs look like a 4th grader did them. I pointed this out to Josh (the one who did them) and he agreed they looked bad but said we'd "get used to them in a couple of years". WTF?!?! Why should we need to get used to a bad job??? Told this to Patrick and while he said he agreed they looked like crap, wouldn't do anything to fix them or discount the shit work. He then instructed Josh to basically sabotage our floors and not fix them unless we paid him PRIOR to the work being done. All in all, Patrick is a miserable unprofessional animal hater whom I highly regret working with. Josh seemed to be alright but realistically was lazy and did shotty work. Neither one of them had any professional pride. Will be filing a complaint against them. Horrible experience.

They are honest, open, communicative, and work like crazy to get the job done! Bill does really high quality work - he always explains in detail how he's tackling the job and sends a ton of photos so you can see what he and his team are doing at every step. One of my retaining walls (see photos) is in a really precarious location on a public sidewalk next to a busy street, but Bill and his team were able to handle it like true professionals. He estimated the work would take a few weeks, but after assessing the situation he decided that they needed to get the sidewalk cleared as quickly as possible so that people could walk by, so he brought in reinforcements and finished this wall in three days. Three days!!! No exaggeration - the "before" photo was taken on a Thursday, and the "after" photo was taken on Saturday! I have no idea how he pulled that off, but I so appreciate that he worked so hard to get the wall done quickly and cleaned up the area perfectly so that my neighbors wouldn't get mad at me :D Long story short, I feel really well taken care of by Bill and Sue - they treat you like family and I absolutely love my new "hawaiian style" wall :) Mahalo Bill and Sue!
