The process for a simple stripe job to be done on my Charger took over a year for him to actually complete, he failed to take the stripes all the way down the bumper like I originally requested and made clear it was important to me to have. He also tried to order after market stripes, that I told him I didn't want, proceeded to put them half way on my car and had to remove them once he figured out they were incorrect. During that time he had my car for almost 2 weeks and had zero progress, and tried to charge me for the stripes he order against my wishes. Once he made time for me months later and after wanting multiple weeks for him to get the material in he finally got it in his shop. But ended up keeping it there twice as long as he told me he was going to need it. Although that was more understandable due to the stripes needing to be hand cut at this point. After getting the car back I was really happy with the results although disappointed he didn't get it all the way down the front bumper. It's been a few months at this point and I attempted to set up a time for him to take a look at the stripes just to make sure everything it still sticking well. I got ahold of him and he said he would call me on Tuesday as soon as he got back to the office. Tuesday came and went, so I texted the following Monday and he responded that I no -call no-showed the prior week. I immediately responded and haven't heard from him since as well as sending him pictures of the part of spoiler that are starting to peel (I'll add pictures if possible), as well as the hood. My overall experience it that I enjoyed talking to him, but completely unhappy with his fallow through and professionalism. I think Troy over schedules what he and his team can actually accomplish in the timeframe he sets, as well as taking care of his clients as they come in.

His keep business local mentality is combined with a non-competitive spirit. He believes in collaborating with the local community to keep all business local. If someone has referred their customer to him he keeps in mind that this referral continues to be their customer. If said customer comes back to undercut or bypass vendor number one Micah calls the referring business first to find out their desire for him to bid or not. I find this impressive.

After I paid them in FULL at the end of February, for the boards and installation, I heard nothing from them. I finally contact Shiloh Jones on March 10th to ask what was going on. Was finally told we could do the installation on Friday, March the 22nd. On installation day, they sent an incompetent kid with some double side sticky tape and a tube of glue. He couldn't make the menu board hold. He put it up and within 1 minute the board fell and broke at several places. He was clueless as what to do so he said he needed to leave and find other things to try. Our restaurant was opening so we needed the menu up right away. My husband and I nailed the board hoping it would temporarily hold at least till the end of business hours. Afterward, we went to Home Depot and bought material to secure the boards up. The following Monday, I went to talk to the owner Micah Rush, asking for the reimbursement of the installation fee, I didn't even ask for a reimbursement for the broken menu board, just the installation fee (because their guy didn't install anything, just broke the board). Micah Rush said he couldn't reimburse me yet and needed to investigate what happened first. He said he will be in touch. He hasn't. I have called a few times and left messages but he hasn't returned my calls. It has been 2 months now with nothing. I have contacted the BBB and will be taking him to small claim court if BBB can't resolve our issue. I just feel I need to warn others about their dishonesty and horrible service. Also, I want to point out, they have really good reviews on Google but that was from years ago when they had a young lady named Morgan working there. She was the reason I agreed to go with them, then one day they told me she no longer was working there. The new sale rep name Shiloh Jones is very dishonest and is full of lies and excuses. During the whole time they were dragging their feet, twice she has acted like the ball was dropped on my end, saying she never got confirmation of this or that... As though email didn't leave trails. With all the other signs company available in Salem, you should really consider another one for your signs needs. I have since got more signage services and product from Fast Sign, also in Salem and they have been great.

I didn't have a typical experience, I went there desperate and not knowing what I was going to get or what to expect. I'm a transplant from SOCAL and usually do all my printing through Walgreens or Costco because we've had great experiences there. I had just gone to Walgreens to pick up a photo of my brother in law for his celebration of life and the quality was TERRIBLE! There were creases everywhere, the ink bled, and they enlarged it without asking, cutting off his head. I went to copycats in disbelief of the experience I had just had at Walgreens. I met the owner of copycats and she was so nice! She went out of her way to make the moment right! She explained why it might've bled, and why it was extremely fuzzy/pixelated, she reprinted it there at copycats and it looked a Thousand Times Better! I cried out of happiness and from her kindness.
