My wife is a nervous passenger and I usually have to say something to drivers, but Doug was slow, careful and cautious. And the fare was reasonable too! I highly recommend Kathy's Taxi Kab. When she called to check the status of her ride, she was told that they were on the way the first time-about a half hour wait. They didn't come. Then she called an hour after already waiting the half hour and they told her there were 8 rides ahead of her and she just had to wait. She called a third time at 4:00pm and was told that they would be there whenever they got there. I called and spoke to someone and they said that she never called and hasn't been there that long. I let them know that I have been here with her waiting and this was UNACCEPTABLE! They said that the taxi would be here in 20 mins. This patient is STILL HERE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
