Tom the proprietor of TLC had two chances to correct the cosmetic illusion of a sealcoat job he left me with but the first time he called me accosting me and calling me a liar then hanging up. The second time was through Angi/Home Advisor as a mediator, but Tom refused according to Angi saying he would not set foot on my property again. Please read my earlier posts for more information. Tom recently contacted me leaving a message asking me to call him to work something out. Without a mediator I would not allow him, in his own words to set foot on my property, and will report him if he does. One more warning, do not believe the coaxed 5 star reviews on this business, they're manipulated.
