It's sad that I basically have to go to another branch and another town just to get decent customer service. It's ridiculous. Someone from the higher-ups should definitely get down there and give a little memo on customer service as a bank.. How can you not have that?

I will not do car loan with them. Also, used the ATM to deposit cash. The machine froze with my $360 inside it. I didn't get a receipt with the amount. I got a Message saying Your cash is detained.
