They helped me work through a tricky rental situation-- two moves in one week to and from New York during the busiest moving week of the year-- in a way that saved me money and made the whole experience much more pleasant. I have used other Uhaul locations and other truck rental facilities (Home Depot and Lowes) in the past but will never go anywhere but No Hurts for future truck rentals. The truck itself was brand new (only 700 miles on it), and the rental process was super convenient. We picked up before hours (at 6am) and dropped off after hours (around 10pm) and were able to navigate both processes smoothly using the Uhaul app. Candace walked me through the process and checked in with me during the rental to make sure things were going smoothly. Both Candace and Judy were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with! This place has my highest recommendation and made a grueling moving process much more pleasant!

What I did notice is that the staff was friendly and taking great measures for safety and health due to Covid. They only allowed 1 person in at a time. Put truck in dealership shop to prepare it for my trip. Four hours later, after bringing in a retired master tech, dealership determined it was a bad ground and re-wired it. Went to my trailer and lights still don't work. Next day I call T.P. Trailers and they say bring truck in. Three minutes and ninety five cents later I have a new fuse and my trailer lights work. Then the mechanic showed me what to do in case it happened again.
