By the end of the session I could see the confidence in my wife's eye and joy in her heart. She is super responsive when you contact her and kept in touch before the appointment. Upon arrival they had an adorable welcome sign with my baby's name so you know you're at the correct home. Kristi and John are a fabulous team to work with. They were so careful with each outfit change, even had a mini heater to keep baby warm.
