It was quite easy throughout the entire process. Austin had every step set up for us to be able to stay ahead of the work. He kept us informed almost daily and was onsite daily/weekly. When we needed to move in shortly before the last work was completed, the workers were very respectful of us and finished the last few items quickly. We absolutely love the final product! We had the major displeasure of working with Ryan Cooper when ordering new cabinets. Ryan was great at first, he came out went over the cabinet layout and discussed everything in detail to ensure the order was correct before being placed. We were told 7-10 days from the time the order was placed. That did not happen. The delivery date was pushed back several times with no communication from Ryan. We had to call TA cabinets to figure out what was going on. There was a long period of time we were fearful that we had been scammed and would not be receiving what we ordered and paid for. We finally received our order but of course there were multiple errors. Received the wrong cabinets. We have been unable to get in touch with Ryan for over a week now. Still trying to get in touch with someone from the company with no luck. I would highly suggest using someone else more knowledgeable and reliable. The entire experience has been very stressful and frustrating.
