Owner is really caring and likes dogs. She took excellent care of my special needs dog and walked her frequently and she made sure she was eating properly. The kennel itself is a newer building and it is not too big, so my dog was able to receive individualised attention. read more

They fit us into their busy schedule with out hesitation. They were very affordable and took steps to help us save money on an already difficult situation. About 10 or 11 years ago I had problems with them. 2 years ago, we need to put my moms actively dying cat down. They told us to go somewhere else, they didn't have time. It takes only a few minutes. Had to take the cat to a very busy vet in ashland. They said yes with no hesitation. We're very caring and concerned. My mom told me of how they treated her, an elderly lady, and her animals. Today they lied to me. Wouldn't spay my cat thru the local shelters program. I made the appointment, they called and rescheduled it. Then I get there and I'm told they called and left me a message that they won't service my pets because of a bad review. Well here's another one. It's not about me, it's about the animals. If you can't handle one bad review, then you truly deserve the numerous ones you get from many people. It's a shame you treat people and their pets the way you do. It's not just a one time thing. It's constant. When I left there today, there were a few people that said they only hear negative things about that animal clinic. I absolutely will not step foot in that place nor recommend them to anyone. Run!!!! If you live your pet, find another clinic.
