Refunds are being approved and sent out by the IRS and we can't even get our checks because the office is closed until June 20 due to them being on vacation. Black business btw. But how can that last when your business practices are horrible. You can tell when ppl are just not use to anything for real. All play and no work. They gives no cares at all. This tax service is unprofessional and will get you Audited by the IRS. While in the appointment, I…read morenoticed the service representative did not know what she was doing. I asked for my tax documents back and the manager refused to return them to me. I believe they deliver this poor unprofessional service because they are servicing mostly African Americans. Their fees are excessive and they don't properly store your ID information which some have become victims of I'D THEFT. I WOULD ADVISE ALL NOT TO GO NEAR THIS TAX SERVICE.
