Then she has the audacity to tell me "don't worry, Brazilians are out of style" like we're here for fashion advice and not a hair service. Spoiler: we were here for hair. Her promises? "Zero frizz" and "curls that pop." Reality: still a frizzy, wavy, curly disaster. Ends? FRIED. But wait, there's more. She charged my sister for a haircut she didn't even do--and was literally showing off layers she never touched. My sister still had the decency to tip her. Bless her. And now even after detox shampoo and quality products, my sister's scalp smells like a dumpster. So congrats, salon: $200 later, still no straightening, and +$60 for a haircut that never happened.
