The rates were lower than what I was currently paying, so I decided to make the switch. Liz was helpful, friendly, and even assisted me in canceling my existing policies. Unfortunately, about a week and a half later, Liz reached out to inform me that State Farm had decided they could not insure me as a renter--after she had already helped me cancel my prior renters policy. This left me completely uninsured, with no offer to help resolve the issue or find an alternative solution. While I appreciated Liz's initial professionalism, the experience with State Farm--and Adam's office overall--was disappointing and stressful.
