While we are a larger client as an association, it also means there are 100 customers to please simultaneously. The owner Brian and GM Josh, along with the entire staff are very accommodating in my experience. Along with our standard wkly lawn service or snow removal we've had two personal landscape projects completed at our expense. Both were done professionally, timely (once started) and to our satisfaction both in terms of cost and finished project. LV appears to have many clients and a large workforce, getting in the 'rotation' for a job to get started can be a challenge. But in my experiences they are diligent in trying to get jobs completed for all of their clients in a timely manner. I do have a small item that needs to be addressed (replace an arbor vitae), and I want to see how their spring clean-up goes. I'll likely come back and give a 5-star review once these are addressed, and discuss another landscape project. Overall very pleased.
