Unfortunately, when I went to get dressed for the event I was attending, I discovered that the dress had not been properly pressed. It was extremely wrinkled and looked like it had not been finished at all. This was especially disappointing because I had specifically confirmed at the time of drop-off that the dry cleaning was included. By the time I realized the issue, I was getting ready for an event and did not have enough time to have the dress properly cleaned and pressed elsewhere. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expected better communication and attention to detail, especially after specifically confirming what services were included.
