I have always chosen to get both the full price and the half price shoes. That day I only got the full price pair due to the price and the associate that day told me I didn't need to keep the receipt because I would be in the system. My name is Steven Wilklow. I have worked in the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and have had at least a dozen phone numbers in the last 10 years. Thursday evening I went in and was told my name and phone numbers were not in the system. I was also told Rogans had updated to a new computer system about a month ago. I went in today ( Friday Oct.1) and asked to speak to a manager. While I was waiting I heard 4 or 5 customers told they must keep the paper receipt. The Manager on duty gave me the same story as the associate did the evening before. I am a bigger guy and sometimes speak loudly, but having worked in corrections I know better than to act physically in an inappropriate manner. I had the box that said Rogans and the price clearly marked on the box. I argued with the Manager and he told me at least 7 or 8 times I needed a proof of receipt. As I slowly backed out of the store and he continued to tell me I needed a receipt. When we got between the 2 doors he finally physically assaulted me. He didn't shove me. He didn't push me. He gave me 2 stiff hands directly into my upper rib cage about 3 inches below my left and right nipples. I was a bit stunned. The fact that the nature of the force he used and the way he did it was totally out of line. I called the police. They explained my options. That manager crossed a line. I have a degree in business and extensive customer service training. What he did to me would be considered assault in most business situations. He should be fired or severely reprimanded. I told the officers that I would try to get this situation rectified by contacting Rogans corporate complaints department.

My friend went in there to look at hey dudes. I don't typically look at shoes as I only wear vionics. I was asked if I needed any assistance. Asked about vionics and was told about aetrex. It stayed with me and I went in the next week to learn more. Ended up buying one pair for me and two for my mother. Amazing customer service both times. And, your store was BUSY! I'm not sure I've ever seen a shoe store so busy. Every worker was helpful and working. I was VERY impressed. I will definitely be shopping there again. Both who assisted me were female but I did but get their names.

Today I went in and had a very specific brand and model of shoe in mind but it was discontinued... The manager found me a pair that had the qualities I was looking for (waterproof, rugged, and fashionable) and even looked better than the ones I had originally wanted. He went out of his way to find me a few options that would fit me and I would have bought more than one pair if I had the extra funds. I will definitely be going back for my next shoe purchase. I highly recommend anyone else who isn't very good at shopping to go here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10

You remember those AndroGel commercials talking about how you can your fix low testosterone levels…read more(aka "Low-T") with their underarm applicator? Well, this store will put all of your "Low-T" worries to rest. As I walked the well-stocked, clean floor of Duluth I saw pictures of hard-working, blue-collar men all over the store; images of men that my dad always told me I should grow up to be. "Stop reading 'Better Homes & Gardens'," he would always say to me, oblivious to the fact that the hydrangeas next to him are totally a spring flower and not a fall/winter flower. My 5-inch inseam, tailored pink shorts began to cry out to me, "Don't even think about ditching us for those DuluthFlex Fire Hose Carpenter Pants! How are you gonna call yourself a carpenter? You couldn't even build that birdhouse on that father-son retreat you went on as a kid!" The shorts were right. That retreat taught me that you can't hammer screws and that dad hates the song "Who Let the Dogs Out" by Baja Men. By now the testosterone environment of Duluth had caused my hair to grow so much my chest was starting to look like a Chia pet. I ignored the negative feedback I was receiving from my finely-curated wardrobe and I pickup up a pair of the DuluthFlex Fire Hose Carpenter Pants. I reflected on my introspective journey during my drive home. As I parked and stepped out of my Jetta in my DuluthFlex Fire Hose Carpenter Pants, I used this new manly perspective and immediately got into carpentry. Well, I stepped in a pile of carpenter ants. Which TOTALLY ruined my Louis Vuitton espadrilles. But hey, baby steps. As I fall asleep under my silk sheets tonight, I know that if I need anything else to make me more manly, be it socks, underwear (in fun colors and patterns!!), pants, shorts, knives, dress shirts, dress pants, shoes, soap, mugs, and more, I can head to the La Crosse Duluth Trading Co. and the friendly, welcoming staff will help me with everything I need. 5 stars.
