The work crews were always on time, professional, and after each step of the process, they thoroughly cleaned up. The end product is beautiful, a bit expensive for 'grass', but well worth the investment. At the end, our Project Manager, Matthew, visited in person and made sure we were happy. During the process the office, Misha, checked with us several times to explain payment, maintenance, etc. Customer Service tends to be missing from many service companies, but STNW has set the standard.

I needed them to empty a large number of garden pots and a small raised garden bed, distribute the soil throughout the yard and generally prep the backyard to be seeded. Instead, according to our landlady, dirt was piled up against the deck to where, over time, it would cause serious damage to the deck and unevenly and haphazardly dumped anywhere. Repeated calls, emails and text messages to Maria, who speaks for the company, insisting they fix the problem bore no fruit whatsoever. After initially agreeing to get the crew to the house to fix things immediately, she stopped taking my calls or responding to my electronic messages. Nothing was ever done, and our landlady was forced to hire someone to fix the terrible work Family Landscaping left undone. I paid them a LOT of money to do the work, but they chiseled us. These people are not at all trustworthy, nor do they care about doing a quality job. They deserve less than no stars -- if anything, take whatever stars they have away.
